We had 3 rooms with our family.
1 room’s interactions and experience went fine.
2nd room - dried Vomit (I think) on comforter, hidden by top sheet. Didn’t realize it until after having slept in the bed, so that’s fun….
Brought it to attention of staff, they said they have a policy not to replace bedding until 2nd night of stay but reluctantly said they would fix it since it was soiled. We left for the day and came back to the soiled blanket remaining on the floor where we left it. they didn’t fix it. Came back to room and asked for it to be fixed, they sent someone. I opened the door to let him in, he said “oh, that’s not my job. I don’t do that” …….didnt provide the proper replacement bedding but said, “I’m sure you can figure it out”.
….Sure, of course I can figure it out!!
Probably wouldn’t have thought to write this out if it was fixed the first time. Things happen. Even though I was grossed out, I can understand that.
3rd room - Asked to have the other room made up, but they wouldn’t because of policy of every other day. Asked as a courtesy since the second room experience wasn’t going well. They said No. Said I was happy to pay extra - since it was my parents room and they just wanted fresh sheets, I asked if they could possibly make the exception and charge me. Negative. Wouldn’t hear of it!
