THE “BOSS/MANAGER” JASON BAD EXPERIENCE
We spoke with the Manager JASON who introduced himself as the “BOSS” here. Gave us a whole attitude and raised his voice the whole time we were on the phone.
The lady who checked us in told us she will switch our rooms at 12:30pm due to the amenities we paid for didn’t come with the room we initially got.
Then Jason the Boss/Manager said he don’t know what I was talking about and said I need to hurry downstairs and leave our room till he has an alternate room to give us. He was giving us a very hard time with his attitude. He kept saying he is the “BOSS”.
I never met any Manager in ALL the hotels I’ve been in all over the world who talks like Jason.
He did not sound professional. He did not know how to handle the situation when his colleague made the mistake.
He basically kicked us out when we requested to pay for an early check in.
Just very bad experience.
We been coming here for 10 years and not just me but my whole family.
Whoever Jason’s boss is should check his employees and train them the correct hospitality.
Know how to smile in the front and on the phone.
