Please don’t stay here!

When we got to front office to check in, it says online it’s self service. It’s not. The staff was friendly and upstanding but it took 20 minutes for them to check me in. And they seemed burnt out. They warned us of a cigarette smell in our room. Which if that would have been the only problem, it would have been sort of okay. But we get to the room and it was trashed from the last people. Not to mention, even after it was cleaned, it looks NOTHING like the photos. Cabinets were broken, one of the lamps were broken, the pull out sofa had no sheet on it and the mattress was stained and disgusting looking, my friend said it felt like just sitting on springs. It was so gross and uncomfortable that we left at like 1am to go back home. The only plus side is the pool was crystal clear, and they keep it unlocked at all times. But I would recommend reconsidering. It’s not worth the money. Even if it was 20$ a night, not worth it unless you’re REALLY desperate. To clarify, I’ve stayed in worse. But if it’s my choice, I wouldn’t book here again. I should have taken photos but the walls are like a deep, dark green, it looks like they let someone’s grandpa decorate but then everything got trashed. And the light switches didn’t work either. Luckily the AC did. Our door didn’t even shut properly

Horrible horrible stay I could not believe it I changed rooms three times to get a room full of trash bloody sanitation napkins wet towels no housekeeping service. The 2 days I was there waiting on a refund

I can start off by saying the paint on the door is horrible looks like a Texas chainsaw massacre door. But I tried to stay positive as I walked in the door I was greeted with a harsh hot smell of… that’s how bad it was I don’t even know how to describe it. The energy in the room felt like death. Dust and dirt every where. The floor was filthy af dirt stains all over the floor. I had to run to the dollar store to bleach everything down and it still felt dirty af but felt a whole lot better. The staff is nice people. I used all of the hotel towels just for the floor.

It was disgusting, stained sheets, bugs, and smells from being fumigated earlier the same day! No refund given smh. Had to sleep in car. Receptionist very nice but things like that are out of her hands

Don't stay unless you like Roaches

Lots and lots of Roaches. I'll killed at least 6 before i fell asleep which took awhile as i was concerned about them crawling on me at night. When I checked out I asked to speak to manager and she was not available but nice front desk girl gave me the email address. Emailed her twice with photos of the dead roaches I killed and she still hasnt responded to me. Nice management!! Will never stay here again. Trying to upload pictures but it won't let me, what a surprise!!

They have us a room that already had people in it!

Terrible stay. They have us a room with the TV blaring, a Big Gulp on the counter and the shower running. Someone was already in there! They have us a different room and it was nasty. Not going back there ever!
