I checked in around 5ish in a torrential storm, missed the hotel, traveling on 192 Irlo Bronson highway west bound, even though I was following GPS directions, made a U turn a mile ahead and saw the hotel, to my right, nearly missing it again, the road side sign is torn off and the entrance has an abandoned restaurant to the left, it does not give a good appearance, I thought oh boy! what kind of hotel did I booked my self into? this was a 2 night business trip, which end I end up extending it to 2 nights, I parked at the small drive way to get my luggage in to the lobby to avoid getting drench, as I approach the front desk, the man ask me, checking in? I replied "Yes", he ask for my ID and credit card, which I promptly handed to him, from that moment on things got ugly and went down hill fast, I said to this guy, I might need to extend my stay for one night, to which he replied on a very nasty and disgusting manner, "you need to talk to the manager" I did not understand what for or why so I tried and explained to him, that I had made my reservation trough Hotels.com, he replied in a very nasty attitude, that because I had a local address, I needed to talk to the manager, at that point I had been up since 2am, I was a bit tired and in no mood to get in a back and forth with a extremely rude and nasty hotel employee, I did not stay for the 2 extra nights, on check out had a chat with Paul the manager, he apologized but lost business, good hotel minus the tattooed nasty goblin!

Hotel is a little outdated. Carpets need replacing and the bathroom has mold in it. Staff was friendly.

Checked in on Fri night, may 9th, the person at the desk was nice, went to our room air was set on 76 room felt damp and we adjusted to temp on ac, room did not feel clean, showered with flip flops on, had 3 yo with us we left the room thinking it was this way due to the ac being on 76, came back to room later in the night, 3 yo was sleeping as we get in bed the beds both felt very damp, not cold damp, with sleeping child did not contact front desk, to move rooms. Left for Disney early sat morning, came back to room very late sat night our last night, room still damn musty we went to sleep got up left very early sun morning. Spoke with front desk upon leaving, from conversation with front desk made me feel as we wasn’t the only ones with a room issue. Got owners name, called spoke with him, I requested one night refund, he told me he’d work something out with a future stay when I stated I’d not stay there again, he replied this conversation is over and hung up on me. I use hotels.com and have never had issue with anywhere till this stay. There was maybe 5 cars in parking lot when we first got there Fri, (should’ve been our sign) homeless people out on backside of property as well, was NOT a normal full hotel like others in Orlando area, pictures was so fictional as well, needless to say we had a sick coughing 3 yo when we left on sun morning, not a place I’d recommend staying.

We arrived late and the person behind the counter was quite inflexible with their in-house rules about registration. That is fine as this is a low grade budget hotel but the individual did not need to be so snarky. Management calls me the next day to condescend me on their hotel rules. No problem there is zero chance that I will ever return to this filthy hotel and good luck to anyone else who does

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We found the fitted sheets to be a little over washed and housekeeping never cleaned our rooms during our stay. The key cards had a glitch that caused them not to work if they were next to a phone for too long. Great location and as a place to rest between busy days it was what we needed.

Very good stay! It was worth it! Only little thing is that housekeeping knocked around 9:15-9:30 am, too early for a stay over But overall very good! Thank You to the front desk guy for welcoming kindly.

They are trying really hard with an older hotel. You can tell they have done some renovations and the cleaning crew works hard. New carpet would likely make a big difference. Overall a decent stay and a good value.
