Very disappointed...1st room they allocated hadn't been cleaned from previous occupants, though bedding stripped and let on floor, bin still full.
Allocated a different room, and seemed ok but nothing special. However, after returning to the room at 11pm after an evening out found a note on door advising that there was no hot water or heating due to a boiler breaking down. Initially didnt think much of it as we were tired.
However, over night the lack of heating was noticeably as bedding was heavy and too warm, so when threw it off, cold very quickly. On top of that I kept hearing the humming of the fans from the air conditioning which was outside the bedroom window which kept me awake.
We went to use the spa and showers there which we were told were working, to find spa out of action and the showers had glass doors which mean't couldn't have a proper shower.
Breakfast was ok and plenty to choose from.
Due to everything we had experienced we decided to book out at 10am rather than midday, and raised our disappointment of our stay with receptionist, who was the only one we really had any interaction.
I had a phone call on the way home from a manager,who the lovely receptionist had spoken to about our stay and they have offered to refund our one night stay.
I would only use this hotel again if I was flying out from Norwich airport not for when I visit family in the area.
