Upon arrival at the property at 4pm, for an hour I could not contact the owner/operator with the mobile phone number as provided.
I called Hotels.com help line and they also said they could not contact the owner/operator. As I have to change (after travelling half a day )to go for a dinner appointment. I cannot wait anymore and look for alternative accommodation. Would appreciate Hotels.com refund me the amount paid and also prevent similar event from happening again.
