Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!

Get spot to lay your head for the night

I had my car parked there for a trip east. My flight kept getting delayed on the way back and I didn’t want to drive to the mountains at 3am. I was exhausted and my check in was extremely quick which I appreciated!

Good stay.

Comfortable bed; clean, spacious room; nice, soft towels. Didn’t take advantage of the offered breakfast. Good shuttle service. Close to restaurants. Only complaint was that the light in the bathroom needed to be a bit brighter (at least for my old eyes).

No shuttle after being told we were taken care of

Overall stay was fine, however we told the front desk we needed the airport shuttle at 5 am, she told us she would make sure it was reserved and to be there 5 minutes before departure. We were there fifteen minutes before and the shuttle was a no go! The front desk lady acted as though it was supposed to be there, so we waited till after five, then we were told it wasn’t reserved. We were told the driver was on break and no shuttle!!! We had to hire a car instead. We purposely booked the hotel knowing we could utilize the shuttle. Extra expense and stress we didn’t need.

Layover stay

The facility was clean, and the airport shuttle was a really big plus. I had to find a hotel to stay at for my 12 hour layover and picked this one based off the shuttle service. I called the facility before leaving Atlanta to confirm the shuttle details so I wasn’t lost at 11pm in a different city alone. The girl on the phone told me to just call when I get to baggage claim and they will send someone. I called when I got to baggage claim and she instructed she would let someone know and asked what door I was at. I asked her what the vehicle looks like so I knew where to go. She then got a snoody attitude and finally gave me some clear directions about a certain door and island to be at where the shuttle goes. Okay cool. I again ask the details of the vehicle to ensure I was getting in the right vehicle. I was alone and a days away from home. Knowing the details of the vehicle should be given regardless. I then had to ask again for her to just tell me “it has our name on it” That made me feel very unsafe but I already made the reservation so I had to hope for the best. It would have been 5 stars if she wasn’t rude regarding a safety question.

Helpful customer service during power outage.

Room was spacious, had a large desk, refrigerator, microwave and sofa chair. We enjoyed the pool and the two spas - different temperatures. As we were getting ready to go to the airport at 3:30 am, the power for the whole area went out. (Not just the hotel.) As we left the room, the customer service attendant was in the hall with a flashlight checking making sure everyone was doing ok. He helped us to our car and shone the light to make sure we had the light we needed. Very attentive and helpful.
