The propery has been outfitted with mismatching furniture and fittings, some very ugly, as if they received whatever was left in a warehouse
The blackput curtains were completely torn as if the room had been shot up. Many large holes.
Rooms/beds will only be made on alternating days but no one will tell you that upon registration. When questioned, front desk staff, a manager type said "it is on the website" and "all Hiltons in California do the same thing"
The breakfast "reastaurant" had no one to take orders, and all the tables were very dirty from previous guests.
Musty odor in the room.
Staff with tired, sullen attitude, and substandard personal appearance (unwashed hair, unwashed face, clothing worn was not freshly laundered).
$23 parking fee (which was comped to make up for breakfast fiasco).
There are many options in the area (Oyster Point), we've stayed in 2 others with similar or lower pricing and much higher standards of appearance, cleanliness, and service.
