Horrible
Got the room for my Aunts who are 87 and 85 years old and I figured $200 dollars a night it would be a good clean room. Little did I realize that the room had ants. The ladies woke up with the ants crawling on them and had a horrible experience. I will contact the General Manager if you can help me with this situation it would be greatly appreciated

Excellent stay...thank you!!
Marisela was amazingly helpful when we were staying there with a few relatives occupying a couple of rooms and had confusion over one of our bookings. She was so nice and went out of her way to help resolve any issues for us. In fact everyone at this place was nice with the rose garden in front and staff were so professional/helpful and rooms were so clean and comfortable that we are sure to go back!

Check in was a nightmare - booked through Hotels.com but even though had confirmation said only 1 night and it was paid for 2 - took over 40 min to check in & get error situated. Felt unsafe in side parking areas where you are to park - both nights men hanging out around cars. Not well lit. Not the cleanest.

Everything was fine, but the only problem was the pool, was so dirty. No one can go in, it's so sad because the hotel in general was so perfect. This isn't a negative review in my humble opinion, hope in the future they fix this.

There was no one at the counter when we tried checking in at 9pm; no bell at all. We had to yell for someone to come out. Also, there wasn’t anyone when we needed to check out. The property also needs to be updated as far as its decoration. There was mold on the walls. The first room we were assigned stunk like smoke so we requested another room. The 2nd room was better but was next to the elevator so it was crazy noisy. People were loud coming out of the elevator and slammed their doors. I will definitely not stay in this property again.

Told I had to book queen bed rooms to have adjoining rooms (more expensive for queen vs king) then they said no adjoining available . Had to call front desk 3 times to have them quiet Nextdoor tv at 1am. Had to use my cell phone as in room phone didn’t work. Best Western should be ashamed of this property.

The "suite" we requested did not have the air conditioning running and was over 90° upon arrival. The curtains were severely stained. The lid to the toilet was cracked. One of the outlets was duct taped. After 20 minutes the room had not come down in temperature and I ultimately had to request other room accommodations. The standard room I was moved to did not have any of the aforementioned issues and was satisfactory for the one evening stay.
