The worst stay ever, on first room me and my family stay I found dirty tampons with old blood behind the bed where I use it to sleep and the AC making to much noise when we turn on high so make us very uncomfortable to sleep. And they give us different room with bad conditions like AC cover is open, low pressure water on the sink and toilet plus carpet is really dirty look like the housekeeping didn’t clean the room very properly. Swimming pools is closed because the water is so dirty nobody there can clean the pools, I was hoping we can use the swimming pools while we stay there for 4 nights It’s very disappointing for me and family….😡😡😡 Location and view is great other than that they need to work more to fix the problems because everything inside the hotel is look ruined so badly…

La Quinta is always inconsistent with quality.

La Quinta is definitely a "hit or miss" chain. In this case it was a for sure "miss"! On the phone. the receptionist was aimable & was the same man who picked us up. As we walked in, a giant roach kept running between the dining area and front desk. Mark (not sure he gave his real name) the clerk was RUDE. This was a BUSINESS trip booked & paid in full with my boss' card so we hesitated to have a "hold" on our personal card but he wouldn't let us check in until we did, & with a smirk he loudly said: "S0 YOU DO HAVE A CARD!". We replied: It's our personal card. Don't put charges on it when we check out. He loudly replied:" DON'T TRASH THE ROOM AND YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY!" We were in nice business attire. His unwarranted comment, coming from his own unclean appearance ( very long, dirty nails painted black, greasy hair, crumpled attire) was EXTREMELY RUDE. Also, when asked for change to tip our nice driver, he said we go to Denny's across the street. SMH. It was late, we were quite tired, otherwise, we would have turned around and left the hotel. "Mark" sure is in need of proper customer service training or a change of jobs. The male driver who picked us up at night at the airport and the sweet lady who drove us back early the next morning were VERY KIND! Room was clean but old and in need of repairs. It did have a microwave & a mini-fridge. Avoid breakfast!!! The rubbery "eggs" tasted artificial. The "juice" was watered down and very sugary.

The hotel has an amazing staff. I needed to get to the airport to retrieve a lost bag and Sarah got me checked in quickly. I needed to drop my luggage in my room, but, the keys didnt work. Sarah, took my luggage and stored it until i returned. Cant thank her enough. When i returned, new keys had been issued, but, those also didnt work. She called maintenance who was at my room in a flash and got me into my room. He then swapped out the card reader while i got settled in after a very long day. The dining area and libby are very clean, however all other areas are run down and dirty. The carpets are torn in the area in front of the elevators. The elevators are quite dirty and the carpets stained down the hallways. Once entering my room, i was quite impressed with its cleanliness. My stay was comfortable and they provide a nice hot breakfast. With a bit of attention to the common areas this would be a great property to stay in. Overall, i wasn't unhappy with my stay, but, the property does need to be spruced up.

They promote airport transfer but had two poorly maintained vans parked out front with decals peeling off and acted like victims that neither were in working order. Staff’s response when I called for a pickup was unapologetic that it wasn’t available as promised and suggested I could just ride share but they wouldn’t reimburse. I was also told I couldn’t cancel my prepaid reservation. Maybe the owner/manager doesn’t realize there are companies that rent vehicles for backup or that saying you offer a service and not providing it is a form of fraud..or that disgruntled customers get to write reviews. If an airport pickup is the reason you might choose this place, they aren’t serious about providing it.

The pool was green and unusable, if I would have known this at booking I would have went elsewhere. The bedspreads had burn holes all over them. The bathroom was in terrible shape, rusty shower, water wouldn’t turn off, paint period the tub, doors wouldn’t shut, etc.

During my stay, neither of my room keys worked outside or at my room. In both cases, the staff said the problem was with the lock mechanism and not with my cards. I would agree if the keys failed at one door; however, neither one of my keys opened a single door. The Manager let me into my room where I remained until checkout but the lack of urgency or desire to reissue keys was unacceptable.

Need working WIFI

Place was near the airport, quiet, clean and comfortable. The only challenge was the WIFI was not working as kept getting security messages preventing access. Talked to staff who was going to call IT support, but nothing changed.

Fair price for low quality.

Great location near airport and fair pricing based on quality of facility. Pool was empty and under repair on a 100+ degree day, air conditioning didn’t work in our first room but we were easily changed to a new room where it worked. Don’t let the free breakfast be a deciding factor. You’ll want to eat elsewhere.

Chegamos no hotel cansados após um voo internacional no início da madrugada e fizemos checkin. Às 5h da manhã o alarme de incêndio do hotel inteiro disparou e só parou após às 7h. Ninguém conseguiu dormir e tivemos que aguentar o barulho por 2h. Fizemos o checkout na sequência e não houve um pedido de desculpas sequer pelo ocorrido. Piscina do hotel está abandonada, suja e vazia. Café da manhã razoável para o padrão americano, destaque para o waffle feito na hora.
