We booked 3 nights through Hotels.com. The booking give us two options , one is without breakfast, and the other one with breakfast with extra cost. we choose the breakfast option. When we arrived the hotels the receptionist said the breakfast is not included on his computer. We have to show our reservation that showed breakfast included, then he said just go to the restaurant tomorrow morning and if we have issue, speak to receptionist. So, next morning, we spoke to the waitress about the breakfast confusion, then we have to go to receptionist again to show them our reservations. Now , after dealing the reception twice, they agreed to give us 3 breakfast coupon for 3 days ( they said they will honoured the mistake , but we clearly pay for the breakfast when booked. We gave coupon each morning after we finished our breakfast, and tip $5 each day. After check out, they email us an invoice and still charge us the 2 breakfast. We have to call the reception and get it fixed. It was very frustrating experience for us to deal with the breakfast confusion.
