The story started from my second night staying in Paris when we back to hostel and found the stuffs of a new "roommate" all over the bed and bathroom. We were extremely shocked cuz we paid for the whole 4-bed family room even we had only 3 ppl. Then we told the receptionist this situation. He explained it was because there were some problems with their system. Finally, they arranging another room for the "stranger roommate". But, it happened again at the next night. This time was a man. Then the "chief" arranged another 3-bed family room for us. We were OK with the new room after checking and I told her I would still comment on Hotels.com talking about this issue. Then the "chief" responded arrogantly with "No problem!". We were so angry and told her. First, we can not accept they made the same ridiculous mistake TWICE. Second, her attitude was extremely poor. She did not apologize and just kept saying that the mistake was made by another staff. Even that was not her fault, she represents the hostel, at least she should apologize. Meanwhile, she kept talking in French to another staff. My blood was boiling. I told her I cant understand French but you also cant understand Cantonese, please dont try to argue with me in a language I dont understand. At last, she still did not apologize and got off work. Here attitude was really bad. I never thought that a hostel could make such a STUPID mistake TWICE. How come you could allow other person to move into a FAMILY ROOM. RIDICULOUS!
