Hotels.com used expedia to book my room and it showed up with an error on their end.The hotel said dont worry about it and we'll take care of it with them. They gave me peace of mind and excellent service. My card that was put on hold, money was returned in 24hrs. Overall the service was great!

What a disaster!
It was horrible! The room we checked into was 86 degrees. We unpacked and turned the room temp down to no avail. Then maintenance came and said not working. We were given another room and had to pack up and move. It was a very hot day in August.
It was nice to have the room cleaned, but no toilet paper was left behind for three women who were staying longer than four nights.
There is no microwave in the room either and it had a tiny refrigerator.
