Chill beach side hotel with very friendly staff
Pros: North of the heart of the city, so a quieter more chill location. Staff was all very friendly. Room was freshly remodeled (although I would not say the highest craftsmanship). Beach was beautiful and right outside the door. Nice big hot tub and outdoor sitting area. Cons: Restaurant was not great. Construction on site and the building next door, so there's pretty constant construction noise during the day, granted none of it is super loud or overwhelming. Wifi was spotty for our 9th floor room.

Could Have Been Better
We were placed in a room directly below construction. The power tools were so loud it seemed like they were in the room with us. We asked to be moved, we were moved three floors down in the same area which seemed unnecessary since the hotel was clearly not even at half capacity. The shower in the new room was so hot we could barely get into it, the water in the former room would never get warm. Moving rooms in the middle of your stay is a huge inconvenience so we just worked with it. The walls are very thin, if you like it quiet, this is not the place for you. Nicely located on the beach, the pool and hot tub were great. The staff was overall friendly. Natasha, our server for breakfast was delightful.

Wonderful place to stay!
Our first time in FLD and we wanted a beach and pool. Hotel was great and staff very pleasant. The beds and pillows were amazing and housekeeping was on task for sure!! The hotel was under construction on a few floors, and honestly, we were on the 6th floor didnt hear a thing. Outside hotels were also doing construction, but they appeared to wait until 8 am to start, which was perfect time. we could start our day and enjoy the beach! One thing to also note is the food in the area is pretty expensive and the hotel tacked on an 18% gratuity, which, my bad, i didnt notice until our last night. Since we are not from FLA I dont know if its required. However, overall, a very relaxing time and the weather and area were great. would stay again!

I will recommend this location
I was most impressed with the staff at this hotel. They genuinely seemed pleased to help make our stay as good as possible. We enjoyed ourselves and enjoyed our stay. We were there for three nights.

Very dated. They try to make updates, but still has dated feel. Room was way overpriced for the low level resort that it is. Also, the front desk refuses to answer the phone, so you have to go down to the front desk to ask a question.

Sent to a room that was already occupied. Moved to a room just above the remodeling. $50/day resort fee tough to stomach. We could not use outdoor facilities due to rain and wind. $20/day to park. Wanted to extend checkout 30 minutes and was turned down. “Thanks for staying”

Not worth the price
I booked this semi last minute so it was fine in a pinch but it’s not worth what I paid. The breakfast and lunch were overpriced and my pillow and blankets had a really weird smell that honestly made it hard to fall asleep.

DON'T STAY HERE!
Room had one regular coffee Starbucks kit,front desk said come back later to get four.Returned later they could only find two.Four days two coffee drinkers three kits.We had dinner in their bar the first night.The bartender didn't understand english,didn't know water from soda water.Had to guide him to make a soda water and pineapple drink.Ididn't want french fries with my dinner but got them and charged for them.This is managers fault to put untrained people in tkis position.Won't stay there again and I don't recommend anyone to stay there.Read the reviews I wish I did!
