No room for you.
Booked the room werks in advance. Got the itinerary. Showed up as scheduled. They told me I had no valid reservation...even though it was emailed to me. They told me they overbooked and my reservation had been cancelled. Odd I got NO notice in my email. I left checking for another room somewhere else. A few rooms show up available at Extended Stay at the SAME hotel for more than $106 more than I had booked it at?? Never again. Do you think they pulled that since it was a one-night stay and they wanted all weekend bookings at a 60% price hike? And NOW they are asking for a review of my stay?? Wow...garbage management.

Dirty and Loud
The shower was dirty and peeling in multiple areas. The hotel was extremely loud, with a very loud alarm going off every time the outside doors were opened, which happened throughout the night and morning. Additionally, the hallway had a terrible smell. The deposit was $100 instead of the $50 I expected. I'm really hoping the refund process goes smoothly. Overall, not a good hotel.

Great Customer service
Big shout out to Jessica (Manager) and Esela for making our stay welcoming and enjoyable. They really took care of us, got us in early and made sure everything went smoothly. There local recomendations for food was spot on. They hotel is a dated and not in the best conditon. Besides that i would definitely recommend staying because if you have an issue staff will take care of it.

Carpets are dirty need a deep cleaning, debris everywhere in carpet no apparent vacuuming, security closes that alarm the entire hotel, no breakfast available not even drinks at 0910 when breakfast goes until 0930, mild in the bathroom, microwave door is broken

We were evacuated from our home due to Hurricane Milton. I checked in on Oct 8 with a reservation spanning from Oct 8-13 (5 nights) and one reason I had booked this hotel was due to the flexible cancellation period which actually was at midnight that night of check in. I advised the young lady who checked us in that we expected to check out on Thursday assuming the hurricane would have gone through and we would go home and get our generator going and assess the damage at our home. She said we would have to talk to the manager the next day. We went down multiple times the next day either to find long line ups at the check in desk or else no one available at all but never did locate the manager. When we checked out on Thursday Oct 10, it was the same person who checked us in (she was very kind but clearly overwhelmed) and she simply wrote our room number (318) down on a post-it note with the words “check out”. I handed her my key and again asked about getting the refund for the unused nights I had already told her at check-in we wished to cancel. She again told us we need to call the next day to ask for the manager Jessica. They never pick up the phone at this hotel (so I used the chat feature of Expedia and they could not get through either). Expedia is trying to help me resolve this and I’m still hopeful they can get me the credit for the 3 unused nights. So far just horrible customer service from the hotel for what should have been an easy fix based on cancellation policy.
