Good hotel, some of their rules are strange, like charging extra for some alcohol. Only one kind is included, which is unusual for all-inclusive resorts. Also some of their staff are not doing much to feel guests welcome. But most other ones do.

From reading ur (Hotel.com) reviews it states the “Hotel” was 7.4 rating!! I differ from ur rating the place was a disaster I booked the hotel for 8 days after 2 days I had to find another hotel to stay!! First night there the room had no “TV” the room smelled of mold & sliding glass door would not lock!! They moved us to another room which was infested with “roaches” enough was enough so I decided to leave this place!! I wouldn’t allow my dog to sleep there!! Please 🙏 post this so other quests will no what they are getting!! PS: Food is very bad & they had the audacity to charge $5 for room service when it was so to be “all inclusive” what seriously shocked me I am standing @ the hotel desk when I received my meal & I still had to pay for the service!! Worst hotel I’ve stayed in & traveling is my passion

I will be very clear and to the point for other ppl traveling to this resort so they know exactly what it is and not what they read because it is false information on Expedia and I’m only allowed so many words to type: NOT 5 restaurants, food was horrible barley ate in 4 days we was there. No open bar passed 11 and it is all well drinks. Bar does not open till 12:30 in the afternoon. There are times you can’t get any food at all you have to leave the resort and go 10-15 down in a taxi to get anything. No other beaches are walking distance the strip we was on was nasty bay ocean water. Pools were not cleaned. Rooms were damaged very old. Lobby is open so you get nothing but hot air it smells like sewer. We barely made it through 4 nights I was super disappointed all inclusive there is absolutely false and so are the pictures! The convenient store fyi has nothing in it it’s a small and definitely not convenient. Best part of the stay was the cruise and jet skies and when the pool was clean. I was starving every day my husband and I went for our anniversary won’t be back.

La comida esta regular, poca variedad ( estuve 5 noches y 6 dias y el menu solo vario 2 veces ).El servicio es horrendo te ven como cajero automatico los primero dias te atienden con la mejor disposicion pero luego te exigen la propina ( desde mi punto de vista la propina se gana) y luego no te hacen caso y se incomodan las habitación familiares estan destriudas ( por problemas del aire y otro detalles pedi que me movieran a otra ( estaba mucho mejor). Desde que llegas no pierden la oportunidad de ofrecerte paquetes d excursiones ( la mayoria solo pagas la excursion y al llegar al checkin se deben pagar los impuestos del estados y despues te meten por los los ojos otros paquetes para los snack o vip y al final al llegar no te ofrecen lo q prometen( fui a Islas mujeres y todo un desastre al llegar a la isla y el lunch estaba incomparable no tiene descripcion y la playa en la que te dejan hasta peste se siente).La verdad q a la proxima iria a otro 4 estrellas q sale lo mismo que ese q es 3, llevaria dinero mexicano y las excursiones las reservo desde booking o expidia al igual que el taxi ( pero saquenlo con tiempo pq el mio llego 20 minutos tardes devido al trafico ).

We will not be coming back to this resort. Master shower would get backed up with water, second room no electricity, servers horrible customer service & very rude, rest rooms smelled so bad and not to mention the hallway to get to the room, pool next to the bar had so much hair in the water the first two days, food was cold and every day it was literally the same food. We will not be coming back to this resort for sure beyond disappointed.

We stayed here 10 nights August 9-19 and were worried about the reviews but we had an awesome time. We weren’t at the resort the whole time we went to playa Akumal one day Isla Mujures a couple Playa del Carmen one day XCARET one day Catamaran ride one day. But we had a couple of all day resort days. The staff was really attentive shoutout to Gabriella? Buffet staff. Alexi the bartender was hooking it up on the mecheladas and cervesas and Giovani the entertainment was excellent at the pool.

GREAT STAY!
The rooms are a bit dated but for the price, the quality of service we received was GREAT!!!!! We went here with our 2 children who are both under 2. We were treated well and our kids had a great time. In addition, Alejandro (the bartender) and countless others were very kind. The food was good about 85% of the time and we will be returning.
