Room inside was ok. Washroom was messy hairs on wall and too small. Reception desk need improvement 100%. Their customer service is horrible. The manager has attitude when at check in all because I booked 3 rooms and paid for them and they young clerk at the desk told me he only saw 2 rooms. Then told me to wait aside because he had to tend to the other customers. While I stood there and waited. Then when the manager came she told me there is a list for checking in and she had to put my name on it. When he could have put my name down on it for the 2 rooms he said he saw only instead he checked in other customers and my name moved to the bottom. Then we got separated room in different buildings when i requested rooms nearby for my children and nieces/nephews. One clerk at that point checking in a lobby full of customers while the manger sat in the room near the desk and he opened the door right at the service desk and ask her to attend to me after standing there 5 minutes waiting and I had to ask if there was someone else to sort out my third room. Awful hotel

Refused to refund my money after advertising cribs and having none available upon arrival. We had to book with another hotel to ensure the safety of our infant. Absolutely ridiculous.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
Very disappointing I arrive at 3:30pm and there was no shuttle called them and they said the shuttle would be there at 4:00pm waited till 5pm still no shuttle so took a taxi for $20.00 and went to the hotel they did not even offer to reimburse the money never staying here again !

Do not stay here if there’s other choices
Supposed to be 100% smoke free, it’s not. Sink and tub faucets leaked, bad, had to turn off the valve to stop the leak. Do not recommend this place

Don’t do it
This is literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I left after only an hour and I was afraid to even complain. Im currently washing everything due to concern of bedbugs. The bathroom had flooding, everything was dirty, and it didn’t feel safe. Bad experience. Don’t do it. I spent extra money and drove just to not have to worry. And to shower.

Just one night as we were flying out the next day. We'll stay here again. The onsite Subway saved us the hassle of deciding from whom we should order dinner - don't usually use Subway for dinner but this was soo convenient.
