Was turned away at the door the first night we arrived at 11:30pm, as a mother with her daughter and pets experiencing a difficult situation.
Why? Because they have a weight restriction on dogs. However, no where was that listed while booking. They refused to give me a refund so I could go somewhere else.
We then decided to sleep in the parking lot, and at 1am saw a dog three times the size of ours walking out of the hotel. I went back in to the front desk and begged for a place for us to sleep. They made an “exception” for us, even though there are multiple dogs that clearly weigh more than ours.
Since then, staff have been rude and ignoring us. Took 3 days of asking countless times to get blankets brought up so we could sleep comfortably.
Took three times asking and over 6 hours to get clean towels.
I got stuck in an elevator trying to go downstairs to get change to do laundry. Nobody answered the “call for help” button.
Then zero apologies for the elevator hassle, and they did not close it after it trapped multiple people in it for over 15mins.
They couldn’t give me change to do laundry. Left the hotel to get change, and the machines took the money, but wouldn’t turn on.
All in all horrible experience and would not recommend this place to anyone! Especially a mother or family experiencing an already difficult situation!
