Terrible place

I booked a room with hot tube and hot without it. I was expecting to have a pool at the hotel as its was written and showed on the pictures, but no pool was at the hotel. I inform of very late check inn at 23:00 and ask for late check out at 15:00 and got refused. After that the receptionist stall to call to the room at 2 in the night and also house keeping wanted to clean the room and started to Clinick at the room at 7 am when we were sleeping after long hours of driving , so they woke us up! I am very disappointed, as it was first romantics stay with my spouse and the hotel destroyed all romantic and made our stay terrible. Don’t hi there! Terrible place that can not provide service

Decent place to stay on a budget.

I was a bit sceptical about this place based on some negative reviews posted here earlier, but everything went through fine. Room was a basic hotel room with two queen beds, TV, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It was no smell of anything, beddings were clean and no mold anywhere. Bathroom was definitely updated recently. Breakfast was really basic, no eggs, bacon, sausages etc. Just few types of cereal, coffee, pancake machine, orange and apple juices and few types of pastry. All in all, I could not ask for more given the price I paid. Will come back if ever need to stay in Windsor.

Mediocre

Overall, our stay wasn't terrible, but there were several issues that detracted from our experience. Upon arrival, we discovered that our toilet was already clogged, and the bed was quite lumpy, making it less comfortable than we had hoped. We stayed for two nights, but unfortunately, we didn't receive fresh sheets for our bed during our stay. Additionally, the bathroom showed signs of damage and had some unusual spots that were unappealing. We also encountered issues with the TV, which frequently cut in and out, and while it advertised streaming services, none were accessible during our visit.

Bad experience

Loud and noisy

Everything about the hotel was great the check in, the room and the location as well. Lots of restaurants near by and areas of interest as well. The problem my wife and I had were the beds were a little stiff and hard to sleep, but the major problem was all the noise at night from other guests and the walls seem to be really thin we could hear a lot of people.

All the crazies

Walls are paper thin. Was woken up at about 5:30 by a crazy woman in the hall going back and forth between crying loudly she wanted her mom and screaming obscenities in sudden spurts of Rage. She went on for about an hour before she finally left after what sounded like a very large man threatened her. It was insanely creepy. Then a man in the breakfast area who seemed like he was on something kept reaching down his pants. He made my girlfriend very uncomfortable.

Never again.

People smoking at the entrance it stumk of smoke. I got sick from smoke. Toilet will mot flush,someone csme and got it to flush it leaked all might and we were unable to sleep due to the leaking toilet.Not worth the money and the pictutes are deceiving.

Staff was very friendly. Our room had the jacuzzi tub, which tripped the breaker and wouldn't work. But staff helped right away, once we figured out the problem. Breakfast choices were minimal. Location was helpful for our itinerary.

The heater/AC cover was falling off, so I put it back in place. I then removed the filters to discover they had possibly NEVER been cleaned and had black mold on them. I cleaned them myself. The refrigerator freezer had a drip tray that had also never been emptied so the entire fridge was not working properly due to frost build up that linited the size of the freezer by half or more. I defrosted the freezer and the refrigerator worked much better and the freezer had double the space. The smoke/CO2 alarm expired in 2017. It is now 2025. Fruit flies were breeding in the P traps of the sink and bathtub. I asked for some bleach to remedy the issue. I received less than a cup. I bought a jug at the dollar store for $2.50 so I could properly disinfect the traps and gave the front desk the receipt. They didn’t even offer to reimburse the $2.50! After a couple nights of filling the P traps with bleach the fruit flies were gone. The door did not close properly/on it's own. Had to pull or push it closed to ensure it locked. WiFi was extremely weak. The smart TV in the room would not connect, neither would my laptop. Garbage littered the property. It was never cleaned up in the 3 weeks I spent there. Continental breakfast is useless to most working people seeing that it opens at 6am. Feel like that was by design. Never was able to take of advantage of that even once. Housekeeping shut the heat off everytime they made the bed up. Massive air leak/draft around the Heat/AC unit.

I was disappointed in the breakfast room. There was a shortage of milk, and the orange juice dispenser was out of service. It's surprising that this establishment that offered breakfast did plan ahead to have all items available that constitutes a breakfast item. Also, there was a limited choice for breakfast. To add to it, while the staff made personal phone calls, they didn't think to ensure that the supplies were stacked for the guests. I was disappointed in the overall experience.
