This place is gold! From the early check-in to the check-out, everything was perfect ! The 4 employees we met were so nice and helpfull ! We had everything we needed in our clean and cosy room. The location is perfect too! There is good restaurants around and the metro is at 3 minutes walk. We will be back there when we visit the southern part of Chile for sure! Muchas Gracias !

Wie andere schon geschrieben haben: Es ist ein besonderes Hotel. Wer ein klassisches Hotel sucht, ist hier falsch. Aber hier ist man in einem historischen Haus, in einem historischen Viertel mit super netten, aufmerksamen, freundlichen Service.

The hotel is in the old part of the city and a good walk to nearest restaurants and bars and other ammenities. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the room was basic but fine - could do with tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was typical continental. For us, far better than a glass, steel and concrete corporate hotel.

We were absolutely pleased with Hotel Boutique Casa Conde. The staff are wonderful with their pleasantness, friendliness and personable style. The hotel is quaint and beautiful with breakfast included. We felt very safe as it is located just a block off the main Avenue in Santiago. We could walk to all the sites. It was impressive the tight safety routine they have in place. What a delightful stay

It’s a beautiful old house so the floors are creaky but the room with 2 beds is very spacious with a desk, wardrobe, and very high ceilings. An enjoyable experience all around with attentive staff.

Cette hébergement et Parfait pour le repos pas de bruit pas de tv pas de musique bruyantes La maison a 100 ans avec 11 chambres chacune à sa salle de bain On ait a 20 mn. A pied du up-on up-off bus et des attractions principales les prix son raisonnable. L'hôtel offre un contact pour visiter très sécuritaire et fiable. Absolutely lovely place! Nice rooms, classic style, charming place, everything was very clean. I had terrible food poisoning a few days before and was so happy that the team asked me what I wanted for breakfast and accommodated all the requests for my recovering stomach. And I had my first solid homemade food in 3 days. It helped a lot! Highly recommend!

Great staff, quiet, clean and really close to the metro if you want to sightsee. It is two metro lines from the plaza de Armand and one redline up to the center city and the Costanera tower. They have recommended various places to eat. It is about a $25 dollars taxi ride from the airport but real easy to get to. I am staying here again in two weeks on my way back to the states.

Lovely small boutique hotel on a quiet street close to restaurants and subway. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The rooms were clean - and comfortable. We would highly recommend this welcoming boutique hotel.

Beautiful 100 years old building with well appointed, new fixtures, king sized bed. Very very clean. Stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Daily room cleaning. The staff was amazingly accommodating and helped us several times to confirm tour bookings and find transportation. The early check in was a gift since we had flown all night. For $20 extra we checked in early AND they provided breakfast. The daily breakfast was delicious— cold meats and cheese, with scrambled eggs an option. personal service. The staff provided special fruit preparation to accommodate an allergy. Overall, convenient to the city’s main streets, good dining and bar options within walking distance. We’d recommend this lovely boutique hotel.

Excellent séjour à l'hôtel Casa Conde. Le personnel est très accueillant et attentionné. L'emplacement est idéal. La chambre est très confortable, les petits-déjeuners sont copieux et variés. Seul point négatif, le bruit que font les gens quand ils rentrent tard le soir.

The breakfast was superb, and everyone went above and beyond to make my visit to the city more enjoyable. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The hotel staff were exceptional and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms clean and quiet. We were very close to the historical district and metro. They arranged a taxi to the airport for us. The only thing that confused us was when we arrived there was just a small sign and 2 locked wooden doors. We figured out that there was a doorbell and learned that we would have to give the staff the key to our room anytime we left and ring to get back inside. It was fine but we were not really aware of this before our stay.
