We had a good stay but the pool was closed the gym was closed . Also the air conditioner never worked

Comfortable stay very quiet. Rooms are nice but a little small but ok. When this Covid is over I would definitely stay here again. No cups or water for the room was an inconvenience.

I thought the room was perfect. I loved the interior design and comfort. I would recommend a mini fridge in the room but other then that it was perfect.

The room was very small and there was no water or coffee ,they had no enough hungers to hang my clothes.But the stuff was friendly and very nice!

Stay was good, hotel is in a good location, clean rooms... friendly staff that greeted us when we were leaving or arriving. Will stay here in the future!

I wanted a hotel close to the Staples Center so I chose the wayfarer and I'm glad I did. The staff was very helpful in any problem I had, the rooms are comfortable and the tap hour was fun.

Stayed during the "soft" open...The staff defiantly has some work to do. Check-in itself took over 20 min, because the agent couldn't figure out how to work the system. After signing my name 5+ times to check-in, I was given keys and the wifi password. I get up to my room, its nicely renovated... but small. I attempt to sign-in to use the wifi and kept getting an error message. Called down to the front desk, and it was the wrong password. Strike 1 Next I look around the floor to find an ice machine w/a bucket so I can chill the bottle of champagne I brought with me. Nothing. Call down for the second time, and explained what I was trying to do and asked for a bucket of ice. A little while later someone shows up to my door with a bowl of ice. Strike 2! It was a sad attempt to provide what was asked for. I call down to the front desk again, for the third time since checking in about an hour ago. Explain yet again what I was trying to accomplish. The front desk agent apologized and said someone would be up soon. After a few moments someone else showed up to the door with a bucket of ice. Success finally! Cut to checkout. I review my final bill and see a $25 amenity fee. I asked what was included. 2 bottles of water that were in the room, wifi, and a drinking/social hour they have in the lobby at 5pm. I inquired about the social hour, and that no one mentioned it. The agent at the front said, well at least you got the water right? Overall pass... Save yourself!
