I was happy with the cleanliness of this hotel. The floors were spotless, and all the surfaces looked clean. Several areas and items were tagged as being specifically cleaned, like the bathroom mirror and TV remote. Housekeeping is available upon request, but won't be provided otherwise. The bedding and towels were new and clean. The only real downsides were the fact that the pool and the breakfast buffet were not available. Not surprised by either, but the prepackaged breakfast was extremely basic. It would have been nice to have a few more substantial options, but I guess it's hard to find too many nonperishable breakfast foods.

Love staying at this Hampton Inn. It's clean and comfortable. I also like the fact that the Pa. turnpike is right around the corner. I stay at this hotel every time I'm in town.

The floor in the bathroom was dirty and not enough toilet paper. House keepers didn’t ask to service the room. The pool wasn’t open nor did they have a breakfast bar like was advertised. The good thing is that the staff were really nice to the guests. It was close to the hospital and also shopping

Nice hotel, in a Pittsburgh suburb. Hotel was very clean and everything was in good working order. Had an issue with our room being too small for my party, but the front desk fixed it immediately. Was very upset to only find out at check in that the pool was closed. Breakfast buffet was also not open, both due to Covid, but they did put out some packaged food and coffee in the morning, so that was good. Overall, a good value for the price that we paid.

The place was very nice and clean. The room was comfortable and it had a good sized tv.

David at the front desk is wonderful. He was very accommodating. He made us feel very welcomed and helped to Improve the entire stay

Arrived after a very long drive, checked in, tried to access my room with the key card, which would not open. Went back downstairs not once but two times to come back to find that the key card would still not work. Called the hotel from the third floor bc my daughter was so tired and we had to bring the bags up and back from the front desk. After reaching the gentleman working, he says did you hold the key to your phone, that can deactivate it? I informed him that this would be unlikely being the third attempt to enter our room after 11pm. He finally gets us into the room and when my daughter picked the do not disturb to hang in the door, it had a clunk of hair. I was not thrilled but though possible mistake after taking out the trash. My biggest issue was the small hair left on the end table and in the bathroom. Nope, I called and went across the street and we stayed at a different hotel. Cleanliness is everything!!!

Very impressed with the room, Looked brand new, Exceptionally clean and very comfortable.

It was amazing being I have bad allergies my room was totally dust free compare to some hotels. I could breathe without having a asthma attack. Keep up the great work. The only downfall is they have a mini store but nothing was stocked. They only had bottle of water available. No sodas, snacks, or any frozen dinners to throw in microwave. Maybe next overall my stay was awesome!!

Wonderful hotel! Very satisfied!
