The entire hotel smelled like pee. The carpets were dated and not clean. The bath tub was dirty as well. ONE other thing that got me mad was that all the power sockets in the room are not working. This place is horrendous and disgusting, definitely not a four star hotel.

First of all, I didn't stay at the Row NYC. They canceled my booking and I had to get other arrangements. Then they canceled and put me in the Millennium on Broadway. This hotel was nice, but had no air. Had to keep the windows open just to keep cool. It was close to the show we were going to so that was a plus. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Adding a small fridge and microwave would go a long way in adding amenities.

Nous n'étions pas au Row Hotel, nous avons été relogé au Stewart Hotel. Personne là-bas n'était au courant de notre arrivée, J'ai été chargé à double et attends toujours le remboursement de 3'500.-
Hôtel bien placé mais pas du même standing que ma réservation initiale, très déçu de mon expérience!!!

My holiday was cancelled a few weeks before I was due to go. Expedia offered a full refund on cancelllation, but then deducted 348 pounds for a cancellation they made. I’ve tried contacting on serveral different portss as is, but when I prove that they offer me a full refund with recording, they stop responding . Terrible company I will never use them again.

Row NYC 2022
Booked this ROW NYC in September for Dec 16-18 through Hotels.com. They were closed for rennovations and booked us at another hotel. I was never contacted or notified in any way! They said they notified Hotels.com. After many calls and frustrations I found out our reservation was transferred to Stewart Hotel. I had prepaid at ROW NYC
but Stewart Hotel had not received payment. So disappointed we had to go through this. This was a special trip for my daughter and I to go to a show in NYC and we had paid for tickets, transportation etc. Everything worked out, but will probably not use Hotels.com again!

Received an email stating our hotel will need to be cancelled or we can have Row NYC schedule is a room somewhere else. Call was made numerous times in regards to where we were staying and they could not tell us. We were given 2 different addresses of hotels and finally was able to get the correct address which was the Manhattan hotel. Hotel front lobby was nice but the room was nasty. They put us in room 709 no tv in the room the outlets had no cover and the bathroom ceiling was falling in. Will never use hotel. com again. Very very disappointed.

Was changed to another hotel.
The row said it can support my reservation, so I was changed to the Manhattan hotel at Times Square. What a terrible experience. Without any maintenance, the hotel was dirty and old. The room size was above average in nyc, but the service was deficient. The bath was with hairs, you hace to ask for towels cause it doesn’t were available and there was an odor in all the building. It’s a pity that the Manhattan had a great location and such a terrible maintenance and also that the row changed me

Our room was nothing likebthe picutres was so outdated, curtains absolutely dirty, bed was probably 20 years old, peeling wall paper, dirty walls. Orbitz moved our room 3 tomes and this was what we got stuck with

Expedia emailed whilst boarding the plane on the day I travel to advise the hotel was not available so despite them keep sending me emails to review the hotel we didn’t actually stay there Expedia believe they do not need to offer me any compensation for the stress caused and the fact that they said I would have no feast day yet had to pay fees at the Crowne Plaza which was a mediocre property and one that I wouldn’t of chose to stay at
I would never recommend using expedia again to anybody.
As a regular traveller they are the worst travel agent ever and you’re best going with a reputable agent that you can actually speak to Expedia’s packages have lots of hidden extras and from experience are not available
