We checked in Friday night and realized our AC in the room was not working. We were given a fan for the night and was told an engineer would take a look at the thermostat in the morning. The next day, on our way out for breakfast, we checked with the front desk and were told there are no engineers on weekends. The lady working told us to come back at 12 when a new room would be available. At this point, 3 front desk staff know about the broken AC in our room and when we came back to the hotel to switch rooms, we were told we needed to bring all of our stuff to the lobby and go through the check in process again but we had plans we needed to get ready for and couldn’t waste more time.
We felt like we weren’t taken care of properly or being prioritized and the situation could have gone more smoothly if it was handled that Friday night. Or handled while we were gone for 2 hours at breakfast.
Not only was the room hot especially after our showers and getting ready, we had to open the door wide open to the hallway to let hot air out, the beds are uncomfortable (not soft, at all) and every single pillow was flat.
Overall, I would never come back to this hotel ever again and would never recommend it. Look elsewhere or good luck!
