Avoid. Communication was terrible. Owner had multiple opportunities to ask us on the Hotels.com platform to complete the online form which he failed to do which meant we were left waiting outside the property with nobody to speak to. The local business helped us out and also tried to contact the owner telling us that this is not the first time it's happened and that other people have experienced poor communication.
We had to find accommodation for two nights due to this whilst still being charged by the property owner.
