As a tourist visiting the area, i would appreciate more flexibility with the heating & AC. Our room would’ve been more comfortable if it was cooler. Also, we never got refreshed towels or linens despite following all of the signs and instructions offered in the suite.

Very small room, which to be expected for downtown hotel. Rooms could use upgrades The tp holder and towel bars were loose for example no counter space in the bathroom for toiletries, just a sink Room was stuffy and air unit dirty, old and didn't work well Rooms was pretty clean other than fan unit and dust acummulation on tv and such. It was a roof over our head

Basic, no frills with few conveniences
Check in was rough as their new automatic system wasn't working. There isn't a sense of urgency among the staff. The room looked quite different to the website. It was as basic & cheap as could be with little style or decor. No second lamp on the opposite bedstand. Tiny, inconveniently-arranged bathroom with fussy plumbing. TV mounted in a corner making viewing for everyone in the bed uncomfortable. Pillows were piles of mush without structure. Too much street and hallway light coming through to rest well.
