Where is Kevin???
The hotel was nice, but we REALLY missed seeing Kevin when we arrived this time. He was the best representative of the hotel and much of the reason we keep coming back. Kevin always made us feel at home when we checked in and without him, it's just another bed and a shower in our favorite city.

New Orleans
2nd time staying at this property. New Orleans vibe and somewhat convenient to Canal St, French Quarter restaurants and shopping. Decent walk or quick uber ride to most. Make sure you complete your online check in prior to arrival! Also register your vehicle and pay for parking in advance. They eliminated the valet service so it’s self park a few blocks away. It’s hybrid self serve minimal human interaction experience. That’s ok if you are able to navigate in that environment. The only recommendation is our bathroom definitely needed some TLC.

Definitely not a luxury hotel. No glassware for water/drinks. Stayed 3 days and was never asked or had towels replaced. Comfortable bed and large room.

Great place to stay!
This place is really neat. Has historic charm, very well kept. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. The location was very convenient and central. Bourbon St, Superdome, cruise terminal, World War II museum and amazing food were all within walking distances. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice Hotel Stay
Nice hotel and good location. 9 minute walk to the French Quarter and trolley just outside the front door. Room was clean and staff was friendly. There is an adequate number of restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing and safe location and clean/ comfy room/be
My sister and I came to surprise my brother whom lives in New Orleans. The location of the property was amazing. Everything within walking distance or a short Uber ride. With virtual check in and door codes no need to find a clerk at desk. Room, halls and elevators were all fairly clean. Pressure in shower was great! There is a smart mini fridge, a coffee pot with steeping coffee. There is a attendant if you want to face/face speak to, but we just texted virtual agent to inquire where the ice machine was. Which they quickly responded. Great service! But did go meet friendly attendant for extra coffee. Great stay and place will definitely stay again next trip down.
