Could use a little work
The bed was the best part of the room. The bathroom was old and outdated. The shower had a weird rubber liner in the bottom and was pealing. The hot water was not hot. It was warm enough to take a shower but I wanted out of there asap. I've stayed in Sleep Inn hotels before so I thought this place would be fine. Other sleep inn's must be more newly renovated. This place could use a little work.

Disappointing
This was the loudest hotel room I’ve been in. There was some type of water leak behind the wall that kept me awake most of the night. The heater was very loud. I could hear the front door open and close all night. I could hear people in other rooms. Did not sleep well at all.

Well located budget option
Good location off the interstate, not scenic but convenient. Breakfast was so-so, but a fridge and microwave in room was nice. A no frills option for an relatively expensive area and again - good location.

Ok but smelly
Cleaning products or something leaves overwhelming odor for sensitive people. Also it prevents use of cpap machine because it draws in that air and smell and there is no getting rid of it.

From musty rooms to TV half working
I've stayed here many times on my business trips. The room smell musty and the beds are hard and not comfortable. I delt with that because the price is good. The last straw was the TV remote would either not work or would not let me turn the TV off. They have the lowest quality from room amenities to cleanliness. I will be staying elsewhere in the future.

Would’nt stay again.
Not happy with the unfriendly desk person. He seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered. As soon as we checked in we went to eat and came back an hour later and went to our room. We received 1 door card and proceeded to try and open the door only to find the indoor top latch was latched. My husband went to the front desk to the gentleman that checked us in to tell him. He wanted to know how we did that. Really!’ How could we do that if we are are the outside of the door. I was still by the door and heard the phone in the room ring and someone answered the phone and I heard him say hello and then nothing else. In the mean time the guy at the desk still wondered how the door got locked while he had some girl that didn’t work there behind the desk. My husband said she told the desk clerk I’m not suppose to go back there and the desk clerk said he told “her” she wasn’t suppose to go back there. The desk clerk said he talked with whoever “her” is and she said it was ok. My husband got a new room and all was good. I now realized we only got 1 room card for the 1st room because someone was in the 1st room. My guess is someone gave that person in the room the other card. Good thing the door was latched so we couldn’t get in. Who knows what could have happened.

Overnight stay
Stayed for the night on our way to NC for wedding. Pet friendly as we had our dog with us. Staff very friendly and efficient. Pillows were awesome we would love to know where to purchase them. Beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast before heading out this am.
