Room was not clean. Mildew in shower. Refrigerator and freezer were dirty, still had food crumbs. Towels were thin and old. Wash cloth had big hole.

Go somewhere else

Do not stay here. The bedding was stained and the floors are not properly cleaned. When asked to be cleaned it was never done. Photos attached are the floor before “cleaning” and the towel is from after supposedly being cleaned. Not even the lobby was cleaned.

don’t waste your time.

called the morning of to confirm everything was still good. they said it was fine. show up a few hours later and they gave my room away with zero heads up or warning.

Horrible place and horrible service

Maintain and Clean the rooms. Only one garbage can in the entire 3 bed room. Cleaners forgot to clean the room a couple times during our stay. Mold and mildew and grime in the shower. Very unhygienic. Homeless people in the parking lot. Rusted ice dispenser. No coffee no kettle. Negligible customer service. Unapologetic to being horrible. When twice we complained that the housekeeping hadn’t cleaned the room, they didn’t even acknowledge that, pretended to talk to The cleaners but did not even offer to send anybody to remove the trash, provide fresh towels

Spacious room

Room was nice and spacious, hotel down the street from Uptown Whittier plenty of nice places to eat

I get what I paid for..

Rooms ok like newly upgraded... beds like sleeping in tin cans noisy. Restroom shower clogged and waited 15 min for warm water. Freezer did not cool beds were not made just dropped towels wow ... parking so packed cars parked behind other cars squeezing out inching by parked cars...oh Hookers walking around the Hotel . Only thing the price was resonable.

Estacionamiento limitado y fiesta de vecinos

En general todo bien, pero destaco 2 cosas negativas. Estacionamiento limitado. A pesar que tienen estacionamiento adicional no es suficiente, y algunos carros se tienen que estacionar en lugares no designados. Nuestros vecinos de cuarto, tuvieron fiesta, con música hasta las 3am sin que nadie del hotel les llamara la atención.

Went hoping for an easy hotel for our trip, but instead we got a literal hotel from hell. Our bed sheets had hair on them and were dirty. We found roaches in our room. Luckily we didn’t need a smoke alarm because if we did ours was wide open and held no batteries. One time we heard people fighting in the room next to us and we called the lobby for the hotel because we were genuinely terrified for them to not do anything about it and for us to attempt, yet fail to find another place to stay. While the prices might seem cheaper than most places I would spend the extra dollars to stay else where.

The first night we were there we noticed that there was one hand towel in the room. For the rest of the day we had to ask for towels, and there was no room service. The rooms were not clean while we were there.
