avoid if you want great weekend or time away
The receptionnist was nice and polite and check in was straightforward but landing from the lift was disgusting with landery gathered just in front of the lift + the carpet is very old and unclean, the room itself is okay thanks to the wooden floor but the bathroom has dirty curtain and broken toilet.There was no flush handle so one had to put the hand inside to be able to flush the toilets. The bathroom door doesn't close properly neither the one for the wardrobe.Maintenance is highly needed in order to make this hotel operational. I wouldn't recommend it to someone that is looking for a nice weekend away as it will put you in bad moon and ruin your time away.

Juste pour dormir !!!
Première nuit dans une « chambre » en demi sous sol ( flatroom) très sale, plafond très bas , impossible de prendre une douche en restant debout Demande de changement de chambre pour le reste du séjour accordé mais deuxième chambre en étage , mal isolée très sale ( prévoyez des chaussons !!) pas de bouilloire pour tout le séjour malgré la demande Point positif: proche de 2 stations de métro bien desservies

a doss house at best
the outside looked great friendly staff however room was something close to a doss house see photos holes in windows curtains ,smashed up bathroom with poor repaired parts which can be replaced, outside window roof full of rubbish just thrown ... there is no effort to repair anything... nothing of these things were unfixable just the management is obviously lazy . i am certainly no princess i stayed in bad places but this one of the onw worst as you can see .. if the reception was like the room it maybe different

this hotel needs work
In dire need of paint and repair. There was a mouse/rat trap in the room. Sharp screws were protruding from the door.One door frame was completely free of the wall. Pipe and electrical were exposed the hall way.Bed was completely worn out. Area was ok and the staff were ok.

Poor service
Room was very small, shower over the bath leaked, shower curtain was mouldy, hot drinks facilities were very poor, room decor was very nasty. Cheap london stay granted but wouldn't stay or consider staying here again.
