We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. However we were offered a different on the next day, which was so quiet and even a bigger room. We really appreciate they made this room change for us. The room is clean and warm, adjustable temperature. Nice bathroom with warm enough water. 10 minutes walk to the tube station, or 5 minutes walk to a bus station that could go to Hyde park or bond street. Which I think is quite convenience.

Fridge was great to have. Room cleaned well daily. Shampoo soap and amenities ample. Steps up into the bathroom in the room were assigned: Not sure if this is same for all rooms but it may not work for those with mobility issues. Bed adequate. Closet space decent. Nice room for the building it was in.

Séjour londonien avec bébé

Bel hôtel bien placé dans un quartier élégant typique londonien. Proche du métro Earl'court, du palais de Kensington et des musées Victoria et Albert et des sciences naturelles. Très grande et belle chambre confortable. La literie est de qualité. Idem pour la salle bains qui comporte une grande baignoire avec des produits d'accueil variés. Il y a un restaurant dans l'hôtel. Petit bémol sur le petit-déjeuner qui propose une variété d'aliments mais d'une qualité moyenne, à améliorer. Nous étions 2 adultes avec un bébé. Un petit lit bébé a été mis gracieusement à notre disposition.Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Corporate Greed Hotel

When I arrived at reception to check in, I was informed that the lift was out of order. I was also told that my room was on the top floor (4th floor and 8 flights of stairs). I pointed out that I had two hip replacements and required a room on the ground floor if possible. They were unable to change my room. Apparently, the lift had been out of order for a few days, even when I made the booking. As I pointed out, why wasn't I informed of the lift situation before arriving at the hotel. I could have then booked at another hotel. For all they knew, I could have been disabled and unable to climb 8 flights of stairs. The hotel was obviously more interested in getting my money rather than the welfare of its guests.

Average at best.

Hotel was ok. Had a meal downstairs in the Malaysian Thai restaurant. Below average and over priced rubbish. Meals all came out at different times. We were the only 3 people there. Crap. Bad water noises running down pipes at 2 am and very noisy
