I am writing to express our disappointment with the service during our stay.
Two couples arrived on Wednesday and requested an early check-in, as mentioned in our prior email. The receptionist said she would notify us if a room became available, but we received no communication. After several hours waiting outside, we found the rooms were ready.
We then requested a late check-out due to our flight and because my partner, who is pregnant, needed rest before traveling. The receptionist told us to return on Friday. When we did, we were asked to come back on Saturday. On Saturday morning, after explaining the situation, the receptionist told us to return at 11:00 AM.
When we did, we were informed the late check-out would cost 50 euros. This seemed excessively high, especially since the room cost 100 euros for the night, and we only needed a few extra hours.
Additionally, we noticed there were rooms available, and it was frustrating to deal with the delays rather than receiving a clear solution upfront.
This experience was disappointing and affected our satisfaction with the hotel. We hope you will take our feedback into consideration to improve communication and service in the future.
