The manager was most helpful…The parking was in a secure lot and there was 24 hr security guard.The apartment was very spacious.Would stay here again.

Great property, clean and comfortable. Be sure to reach out to the management ahead of time to figure out how to check in. There's staff that helps out with that but you have to reach them through phone, since they're not always at this property (there's a permanent person in a building across the street). The biggest downside is that the internet connection isn't very reliable.

The room we booked was not available due to a mold issue so the people in charge were nice enough to set us up at the Everness which was so great. Perfect combination of contemporary design with a great location.

La propiedad es buena por su habitación, sin embargo mi experiencia desde la llegada fue mala, yo reserve un apartamento de 3 recamaras y me asignaron una con 2, tuvimos que dormir en la sala, no hicieron descuento por este error (apartamento mas pequeño). No habia agua caliente para bañarnos y el agua olia a podrido. Los cuadros en la cabecera de las camas son un peligro, uno de los cuadros se le cayó en la cabeza a mi esposo en la madrugada mientras dormia y tuvo algunas heridas ligeras, recomedaria quitarlos por seguridad.

Opinion Awe 10
Bien, solo que hace mucha calor por las noches, ya que el aire acondicionado se encuentra en la sala, tienes que dormir con las puertas de las habitaciones abiertas para no tener calor, hay pequeños extractores en la puerta de cada cuarto, a pesar de estar encendidos hacen demasiado calor en los cuartos, no es muy cómodo para la privacidad dormir con la puerta abierta. En cuanto a la cama, rechina cada que te mueves en el colchón. A pesar de tener reglas estrictas de convivencia, al rededor de las 3am llegaron unos inquilinos a hacer demasiado ruido, despertándome en varias ocasiones. El baño es un espacio muy pequeño, y la regadera aún más, un poco incómodo al momento de bañarse. La tv no cuenta con canales de Cablevisión, y la señal de los canales abiertos es muy deficiente, ya que no cuenta con antena. Solo fue rentando para descansar, pero no se logró, debido a lo anterior comentado, no corresponde calidad-precio. Dice que cuenta con estacionamiento, pero no describe que el costo es extra. Hace mención que las personas extras, se cobran por 250, pero no está especificado la edad máxima permitida para los menores. La aplicación solicita datos de tarjeta bancaria, y expresa que el pago de la reservación no es reembolsable, pero no explica que el pago será realizado una vez llegues a la ubicación, ya que el pago se lo realizas a la administración del sitio, y mencionan que los datos solicitados por Hoteles.com no son para hacer cobros, Hoteles.com debería aclararlo
