They casually threw away my food worth 100 dollars when I called the front desk, and made no apologies for it. They kept making excuses, and the door of the room could not be opened, which led me to be locked out at 10 o'clock at night, and there were cockroaches in the room.

Our staycation in Orlando

Check in went smooth the agent was very detail & knowleadgeable. Once we arrived at the room the ac was not working properly and the toilet back up. But the staff work on it fast and everything was fine. Overall a great stay I will definetly be back soon.

Weekend Getaway

My family and I decided to stay for two nights and three days. It wasn’t terrible, but wasn’t all the great as far as the hotel portion. The room’s electrical were out of wack, I couldn’t watch tv if I didn’t keep the light on (which was the brightest one in the room) The water park was a blast though, the kids had so much fun. Lifeguards were attentive and were super friendly. I would still come back!

Water park fun

It was a fun place with access to the water park and arcade. Our room was spacious and clean. However it was an older room with some updates. They had a lot of restaurants and bars, a Starbucks, a n ice cream parlor and snack/gift store.

Absolutely false advertisement

The room was terrible . False advertisement. The pool was filthy . I had to request another room bec the first room was so dirty with stained couch & bed . The pool , was cloudy and I found socks and bunch of hairballs in the pool . The hotel charged me $50 for early check in but I got the new room around 4pm. I need full refund for this stay .

All the furnitures in the room were filthy and dirty
