We were a bit disappointed with the room's lack of sound insulation, as we could easily hear noise from the neighboring room. Additionally, we encountered spiders on the bed, which we had to remove multiple times. It would greatly improve the experience if the hotel could address these issues.

The stay was fine, clean and comfortble room. Staff was friendly and helpful. There's a pretty good pub nearby. They gave you complementary water as you checked in. The shuttle was a problem. Read the small print in their instructions to get the name of the outsourced provider. Hampton Inn is not on the front of the van. It does appear as a small sign on the side of the van. I encourage Hampton Inn to highlight and forefront the name of the provider on their instructions.
