The location is good and closed to the railway or metro stations. A minute walk to all kind of restaurants. Nice place and value for money.

I really love the room furniture placement. Quite lots of space to relax and work. Radsion Bly would be my first option for the next visit to Antwerp!

Good location in city Centre , next to central station , hotel house keeping not very clean , water need ask everyday , so far ok if the rate is below USD 120 per day

The photos, room and location are great and as described, however the lack of working air conditioning made the room uninhabitable. We had turned it on up0n arrival at 430, then went out and teturned at 10. It was 28 degrees in the room. My husband went down to complain and after 45 minutes came back with a small portable unit, it barely functioned. I woke up at 2, sweating and with headache from the heat and decided to take a cold shower. On top of the AC not working, I learned that there was no cold water. Not from the shower, nor from the tap. Which made things more interesting when at 330 am I went down to ask for water and they only had sparkling. I took 6 bottles anyways as it was the only way to cool off my skin. That said, the night manager Vincent was AMAZING. At 330 am he took an hour to go with me to several differenr rooms to test the AC and see if there was something cooler. Unfortunately not and we had to turn dowm an really nice upgrade because it would have been harder to cool with the barely functioning AC unit we had. So we went together to the storage and tested every other unit they had to see if we could get another. NOT ONE WORKED. Reluctantly he admitted that the AC in the whole building was off. In the morning we spoke to the manager who apologized profusely about the issues as Vincent had updated her. We had originally booked elsewhere but from the brand and the pool, decided this would be better for the kids. No more Radisson for me

We booked a Junior Suite for the 4 of us and when we went up to the room only the king bed was made up, the sofa bed wasn't made and there were only towels in the room for 2 people. I went down to report this and within 15 minutes someone was in the room making the bed and bringing the extra towels. Lovely spacious room with a great view over the square. Obviously due to Covid restrictions the restaurant and pool were not open but we still had a lovely time at the hotel and in Antwerp. We didn't choose to use the hotel car parking, as there was an NCP further down the same road for the same price and we had read that the parking for the hotel was quite difficult to get into.

The hotel is very conveniently located. However, the cleanliness of the corridors and room was poor. The staff lack proper training and in general the service quality was disappointing.
