It took us close to 20 minutes to check in. After checking in we realize that the pull out bed had no sheets and could not get anyone to deliver us sheets or blankets to our room. Requested them twice from the desk. Also kept calling and nobody answers the phone not for room service or for the front desk. Fire alarm went off at 5 a.m. and no one notified us whether or not we should evacuate. Looked out the window and saw people at 5 in the morning outside wondering if we should Evacuate the hotel or not. Police surrounded the front of the hotel almost all night long Saw one person being questioned and possibly arrested. The lines for the elevator to go up and down were atrocious. Finally somebody who work there said that we could use the service elevator so we ended up using the service elevator at the end of the night just to get to our room. So happy that I did not have to deal with the front desk and was able to check out on the TV all I wanted to do when I woke up in the morning with get out of that hotel I have never felt so unsafe at a hotel in my life. Will never go back.

Only one out of three elevators were working most of the time. Coffee shop wasn’t open a lot of mornings when it was suppose to be. Staff was good about bringing towels when we needed them.

I have stayed at the B before, unfortunately this time I was not impressed. It seemed like the cleanliness of the hotel has gone down along with the overall maintenance. Our room's A/C was not great and our balcony and its furniture looked like it has not been power washed in a year. We requested a first floor walk out room to the pool and we were given a second story pool facing. We had to go the front desk for pool towels, I tried getting housekeeping to clean our room ( we were there for a few days) and no one ended up coming. I understand Covid has had an impact to businesses but I wish that the B tried harder to keep their guests happy.

I’m sure this hotel was great when it was new but it is in dire need of cleaning and upgrading. As a Disney sister hotel, I was expecting much more. It was dirty - like gross dirty and alot of the furniture and decor was banged up or ripped and needed replacing. The photos are not what you get... the shuttles don’t come during the day and restaurants were across 8 lanes of traffic to walk to... no room service or towels or anything with covid which I get but they literally had no swim towels the whole time we were there and gave my kid an extra blanket with a huge yellow stain on It. Cobwebs in the room and dingy everywhere... not what I was expecting for as much money as it was with the added resort fee and then $23 to park our car that wasn’t listed on there...

Very low staffed.. never in rush to help with anything. Couldn’t even eat at restaurant the wait was forever for breakfast. There was only maybe 10 people in the place. Had people say they were there 45 minutes and still didn’t have food. Rooms were comfortable. Checking in wasn’t good. Took forever. Always a line of people. Not sure if don’t know what doing or just a long process. No help. Room key never worked. Had to go down probably 7-8 times throughout week to get new keys and still wouldn’t work. Parking kept putting piece of paper on windshield saying warning about parking there in there lot. Had parking pass on dash from hotel stayed Monday to Sunday paid for parking and hotels fees. Confronted and said don’t worry only a warning . Explained I’m staying here. Was there the next morning and also took to front desk and looked at me like deer in the headlights. Maybe if they weren’t so worried about there guest parking there cars in there lot and trying to charge for everything and maybe helped with customer service it would be better. Paid around 200 something dollars for resort fees/ parking just was aggravating. Definitely need some work on there customer service!!!!

Great property! Room was modern and the beds were comfortable and clean. Our room faced the pool area which was a great addition! However, no one answered when you called the front desk I can only imagine what would have happen if there was a real Emergency! I didn’t like that at all.

The resort definitely seemed clean, and our room was quite large. However many of the services were not available. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. The gift shop and quick food location closed frequently during the day. The Wifi connection and cell reception were awful!! They have discontinued shuttle service to Disney Springs. You can hear other guests in their rooms while in your room. There is also no housekeeping during your stay. And the staff was unfriendly and not welcoming at all! Also, please allow at least an hour to check in- very disorganized! There were a lot of disappointments during our stay.

Did not have reservation! HVAC worked poorly!low water pressure @ hot water issue! TV and iron did not work! Front desk/hotel does not answer phone before or after arrival! After arrival staff tried to rectify reservation issue and was friendly!!!
