The room was clean and decent, as was the rest of the hotel. We didn't feel it was on par with other hotels in the same price range because of all the extra fees and no actual benefits. Lots of small annoyances that added up, such as our room had no remote and the QR code wouldnt work with our phones. When we tried to call the front desk about it we realized our room phone did not work. There was no information anywhere on checkout, and since we haven't had to physically check out of a hotel in years we made the mistake of just leaving. Turns out you need the room card to exit the gate. We parked and walked back to the lobby, got a new card, aaaand it didnt work. The car behind us had to use theirs for us. Like seriously- the $35/day resort fee and seperate $20/day parking fee, and I cant even leave the parking lot without issue? We will definitely not be back.
