La habitación comoda con acceso al mar, la atención de la recepcionista fue buena , nos cambiaron la habitacion a la planta baja para facilidad de acceso de mi papa, un hombre de 3ra edad, lo malo fue el check in, tardadisimo. en nuestra segunda noche llegamos como a las 11 pm y no habia nadie en la recepcion, tuvimos que esperar 20 min. por lo demás estuvo bien, la playa magnifica, hermoso puerto morelos

Buen Beach Club, pésimo Hotel

La experiencia de llegada es buena, la persona del front (mañana) muy amable y atento. No tuvimos agua caliente por la noche en la hab 306K, al reportarlo el recepcionista de tarde maldijo frente a nosotros (no en ofensa sino como reacción) e hizo lo mismo en dos ocasiones más cuando fue a comprobar que no salía agua de la regadera. Su respuesta?“Sí, hay que dejar el agua caer por al menos 10 MINUTOS y después sale caliente” vaya cuidado del medio ambiente, y aún así, nunca salió ni siquiera agua así que optamos por agua fría, gracias a ello llegamos muy tarde a nuestra reserva de restaurante y obviamente la perdimos, dejándonos una amarga noche. Una manivela de la hab 305K está cubierta de sarro, la ventana tiene moho, un hueco en lugar de lámpara, pedazos de pared sin molduras, lámparas llenas de lo que parecen mosquitos muertos, un hueco que lleva tuberías abierto, un niño fácilmente podría caer por ahí, las cortinas con hoyos…mucho mantenimiento y aseo le hace falta, pero MUCHO. La respuesta del gerente Fernando? Pues sí, es lo que hay. Al comentarle lo acontecido por la noche, nos ofrecieron late check out hasta las 2 (ya que tenían llegadas y a las 3 es el check in así que entendemos que no era posible más tarde) sin embargo pudieron ofrecernos algo más como compensación o disculpas pero no, optaron por dejarlo así dejándonos claro el nulo interés. Pedro, Stefy(?) y el chico que nos atendió el primer día en restaurante/Beach Club EXCELENTES! Buena atención y servicio!

The queen beds are more of a double, so just be aware if you are taller people to be sure you book a king room. The place and the location are great! This year was our 9th stay at Ojo de Agua and we will keep returning.

Property is in a fantastic beachfront location, but is in desperate need of some serious updates and repairs. It is currently a bit of a construction site as they add on what look like nice units behind the older beachfront complex. It felt like it was a bit understaffed, but Stephanie at the Beach Club was EXCEPTIONAL - she should be moved into management. The food was excellent, but the onsite restaurant "Ki" was largely empty at night, despite its good food and wonderful beachfront ambience. Beachclub is fully hopping during the day, but the property is quiet and peaceful after dark. The pool is suitable and used mostly by young families who don't mind being in the middle of the construction. Overall, it has a 5 star location with a 4 star beachclub, and at best 3 star amenities. Let me be clear - this property is about the location. And thank you Stephanie and Diego!!!

We did have ocean view property but it is run down and needs repair. Beach is great, food is ok. Very close to other restaurants and walking distance to Main Street activity. I loved the town, nighttime music and dancing in streets if you like. Very convenient. People are wonderful around there . Staff was ok, could be friendlier, only if you tip, they give you attention.

First impression was we made a bad decision booking a beach club. We checked in on a Sunday, arrived at 1:30. Hot and tired. It is a very small site and it was very crowded. I did not know that they sell day use bracelets. And it seemed many locals come here. We had to wait for a parking space to open up. Our room probably had the best view, however it was closest to the restaurant and very, very loud. And on a Sunday at 3:30 there were no beach chairs left. Monday however was a different story, we loved it! It was quiet and peaceful, which is what we prefer! Great view, room for price. Easy walking to town center.

This place was a great getaway right on the beach in a quieter town. The staff was amazing, room cleaned daily. I only have 2 complaints. First it's impossible to find. Need better location instructions. Second, I came to the beach with my family to enjoy the fresh air. I couldn't sit on my balcony, in a beach chair, or at the restaurant without people chain-smoking everywhere. It ruins the nice outdoors. Please become a non-smoking property and we will return.
