Hotel is wonderfully positioned right next to Oslo central station (5 min walk with cases). Very modern hotel, with fast lifts, good spacious rooms and facilities.
The hotel is very busy, trying to get assistance from reception is very difficult, called for 10min then went to frontdesk to wait another 10 - just to get help with our flooding bathroom.
Pool and sauna is small and quite difficult to get to on 33rd floor - requires a spiral staircase and a couple of flights of stairs to get to.
We opted against eating in the hotel (was foggy so no view from The Top and pizza restaurant seemed overly expensive), but there is plenty wuthin walking distance.
Breakfast was good, I would stick to right hamd side of breakfast area when its open (not the main area). It has the same food but is not the absolute chaos of the general buffet.
