Easy checking in with no wait and pleasant clerk. Updated rooms and progress being made on rest of facilities. Still has the old world nostalgic feel, with some Modern touches. Room spacious enough. Hallways bit claustrophobia, but well lit.

Great accommodations except for the dog next door
This hotel is in great condition, with a great breakfast. The linens were nice. There were two issues: we should have realized that a "conference center" might be "hopping on a Friday night," so it was a little on the noisy side. But the main problem was that there was a dog next door that barked and whined for an hour when we wanted to sleep. The hotel finally relocated us to a different room.

Great location, accomodations, and friendly staff.
I've stayed at the Chateau a couple of times in the past and have always enjoyed their cost to accommodation ratio. Rooms are clean and spacious and the location is central to just about any retail business, both food and shopping, that you can think of; you're also 5 minutes from I.S.U. I will say that this stay was not the best as the air freshener in my room was so strong that I had to request an alternative room, that said the room was great. Unfortunately my next room was next to the utility room where there was a constant "buzzing" throughout the night. Given I had requested a room change, which the Chateau was more than accommodating to assist with, I did not request another room change. Staff is friendly, breakfast was included, the room was updated and clean, and the location is great!

Loud doors
The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast wasn't the best. The main problem we had was when the doors of other rooms would shut or they would shower or flush. We heard them in our in our room as if the door was open, but it was a nice stay for the night.

Good hotel, but not completely as expected.
Services were not as provided in Ad on Hotels.com: Pool and restaurant. Overall condition was good, and I admit I got a great rate, but I wish the Hotels.com Ad would have been more accurate.

Beautiful building that appears to be currently renovated and updated. Friendly staff and easy checkin. Easy access as well and ample parking. The room was very clean. Excellent price. The room had an essential oil smell that was very strong. The breakfast was a bit overcooked. The pool was nice and our daughter enjoyed it. The room was not well sound proofed and you could here the neighbor using the bathroom as well as shutting their door. Overall, a decent place to stay for one night.

Booked this place for the pool and the two days we are there the pool is closed and they never told us when we checked in. If I would have known the pool was gonna be closed I would have went somewhere else The shower leaked severely

Unique lodging
Very interesting building and the furnishings straight up reminded us of being at the Haunted Mansion at Disney. The people were all nice the the breakfast was pretty decent. The hot tub was large and hot, but not as clean as it could have been. It was closed for maintenance the next morning, so perhaps it was being cleaned. Considering it was on the less expensive side, we got what we paid for.

Love this hotel 😌
Wife and I stayed 5 days and 4 nights. We love this hotel. The beds are always so comfy and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is amazing. Highly recommend! The only thing I’d recommend is maybe bring your own blanket. They had the ones with the weird texture and we were not a fan.
