My recent stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Piscataway Somerset was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. My family and I checked in hoping for a relaxing night before a full day of activities we had planned, but instead, we were subjected to a complete and utter nightmare.
The room directly next to ours was making loud noises, playing music, and partying throughout the entire night. The noise was so pervasive and disruptive that it felt like they were in the same room as us. Around midnight, I called the front desk to complain. I was told they would send security to address the issue, but I don't believe they ever did. The noise continued unabated for hours, and our requests were completely ignored.
As a result, my family and I barely slept. We are all exhausted, and today, instead of enjoying the plans we made, we are all suffering from severe headaches and feeling miserable. Our entire day has been ruined because of the hotel's complete failure to manage its guests and ensure a peaceful environment, even after a direct complaint was made.
A hotel's fundamental purpose is to provide a place of rest and comfort. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Piscataway Somerset failed spectacularly at this simple and crucial task. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise anyone seeking a restful night to look elsewhere.
