Hotel está em reforma, isso prejudica muito a experiência. Estrutura muito boa, distante do centro mas tem farmácia e mercado 24 horas em frente. Academia excelente, mas tem que pagar. Limpeza no geral boa, mas no meu quarto tinha cabelo no banheiro...

Great hotel

After a few years, I had the opportunity to enjoy this hotel again. It remains a great hotel with an outstanding location and stunning views, right on the riverside of the Paraguay River. There have been some minor improvements, likely due to its acquisition by Marriott, such as renovations—especially in the lobby area. I will definitely return. One aspect that needs attention is the restaurants. The food is just average, and there is room for improvement.

Momentan befindet sich das Hotel in Renovation. Vorallem die Restaurationsmöglichkeiten sind sehr eingeschränkt und mangelhaft....überhaupt nicht würdig für eine Anlage mit 5-Sternen....die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig und bequem....aber im aktuellem Zustand würde ich ein 2-Sterne Bewertung abgeben. Schade ist eigentlich, dass bei Buchung und auf der Webseite nichts erwähnt wird hiervon und es auch keinen Preisabschlag gibt....werde bis nach Ende Renovation mit Bestimmtheit nicht mehr hingehen und kann es auch nicht empfehlen.

Comfortable and helpful staff.

The Resort Y Golf Club Paraguayo was a decent stay. The property is spacious and the staff were always eager to help. The rooms were clean, breakfast was decent and it was overall a pleasant stay. The property is a bit dated and they are currently doing renovations. They can also use more English speaking staff at the front desk if they want to appeal more to North American English speaking travelers.

Completely outdated, waited more than 15 minutes for a pool towel, pool area is dirty, hallways look unsafe structurally, expensive and low quality food to purchase, at least 20 bugs in my room. At least, the bed was comfortable. I would not go back and I would never recommend that hotel to anyone.

Hotel que de no ser por su entorno, (Rio, cancha Golf, Tenis y Pádel) , no es un buen hotel, carece de un buen servicio, regular atención en recepción, restaurantes de regular calidad, desayuno igual todos los días, falta mantencion en pinturas, habitaciones etc. No es un 5 estrellas. Ofrece servicios que no funcionan, No Existen los supervisores

Me gusto....pero no me satisfecho...

Buena y bella ubicazion. Las habitaciones muy aplias con bastante espacio....pero ya llegaron los anos para invertir y renovar...esto dicho para todo el hotel...se ve que hace bastante tiempo no se han hecho las renovaciones necesarias! En si mismo el Hotel muy bello y bien para descansar. Los restaurantes en las piscinas bien y tambien el servicio. El restaurante pri8ncipal del hotel en forma de comidas bien; en forma de desayuno muy pobre que lamentablemente no corresponde a Hotel de 5***** para nada....ni en el ofrecimiento de los productos ni la variedad...yo daria un nivel de3***....le que no me gusto para nada durante toda mi estadia fue el servicio en este restaurante principal del Hotel. Fui 3 veces a comer ahi y en todas las ocasiones el servicio no se preocupo de mi...tuve que esperar siempre mas de 5 minutos para ser atendido ....esto de verdad que no va para un Hotel y sus Restaurantes de este presitigio y nivel...en toda forma me senti pasado por encima....lo siente tener que describir de esta forma...asi que tambien no se como ofrecer propina que es la base del jornal para estos empleados...pera decirlo con laras palabras profesionales: en el Hotel falta Formacion y Capacitacion y no quiero saber como sera en temporada alta...tendran que emplear a mas gente. Las excusas del COVID19 lamentablemente no sirven en este caso porque los precios de la estancia tambien no toman consideracion de ello.

This is a Hotel over 30 years old, the rooms are nice and clean, the food provided was excellent and the staff was very helpful, my only concern was the very poor Wiffi at times there was no internet for hours on end making our stay difficult for our need to stay online. Expedia should adbised clients of this issue when making a reservation. Apart from that the Hotel is very nice with plenty activitess on offer
