Didn't really like the way the bathroom was designed

We recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was nice, and we especially appreciated how quiet the hotel was and how conveniently located it is to everything. We also enjoyed spending time relaxing by the pool areas. However, there were a few issues during our stay that we wanted to bring to your attention: • The bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived. I ended up unclogging it myself, and quite a bit of hair came out. • The shower dripped continuously. • We didn’t receive fresh towels or washcloths throughout our stay. Despite these issues, we would still consider staying here again because the overall environment and location were great. Thank you for your hospitality.

Escogí un hotel "económico" y cerca del centro de convenciones sin embargo me cobraron un cargo adicional al realizar el check in de $34.20 USD por concepto de tasa de alojamiento, cuando ya me habían cobrado en la reserva los impuestos.. pagar una noche en total por $148.71 para un hotel viejo, con alfombras muy sucias y con albercas muy viejas mejor me hubiese hospedado en algo mucho mejor por ese precio, es una lastima y una estafa que tanto los hoteles como la página de Hotels.com promocionen precios de oferta y cuando ya estas en el hotel te salgan con este tipo de cargos extras que al final resulta pagar mas dinero por una estancia en propiedades que no valen la pena..Espero que también este tipo de publicidad engañosa..

After visiting the property, I remember staying here back in the late 2000's. Check in was a breeze and my room was at the sister hotel next door. Room was very spacious, for storage, full length mirror, view of the ground level pool and a large bathroom full walk-in shower. Alessandra assisted us throughout the visit and as with the other staff, were all very pleasant. The food options were great and the rooftop pool/bar was a nice relaxing escape. The last night I was there, unfortunately a huge cockroach was running in the room and I could not get it fast enough. I wound up staying up the rest of the night and was a bit disappointing when I mentioned to the front desk, and nothing was done upon checkout to make the situation better. I may consider going back again, but it wouldn't be at the hotel next door to Catalina (in Maxine's).

Arrived to find the keycard maker broken. Each time had to walk to desk to then have some one meet us at our room to let us in. This went on for a full 24 hours. Very inconvenient. The whole hotel kept a deodorizer running 24 /7. Very strong scent. Really bothered our lungs and had wheezing from it. If you have Asthma, avoid this hotel. Huge gap under door in room. Chased and killed a large cockroach in our room. Luke warm water and not hot water. On the plus side- the staff was nice enough. Good location.

While the quality of the food was great, the attentiveness of the staff was severely lacking. Our waiter didn't check on us at breakfast and I had to wave him down to get his attention even though it wasn't busy. We ordered a Maxies burger for dinner and it wasn't as described on the menu. While it had the bacon and cheese, it was missing the carmalized onions, Maxie sauce, and the pickles. Instead we got tomato that wasn't even on the menu. Also, only order pizza if you REALLY like cheese because that's mostly what you'll get.

La verdad es que no llegué a hospedarme por qué me equivoqué en las fechas! Y 15 minutos después de hacer la reserva hablé para recorrerla 2 días y no pudieron hacer nada para ayudarme pues eso se ma hace una muy mala experiencia!

I do not recommend this hotel. It’s like they don’t know how to run a hotel. They do not treat you as a valuable customer but more like a nuisance. There’s 3 buildings in this property. We were put in the first one and given poor directions to get there and offered no assistance with luggage or to show us the way. We wondered around with our luggage for awhile. Room was cleanish at first but later we realized that it was not. Eyelash extensions in the bathroom and water glasses that had full wet lipstick marks on them. Our room wasn’t cleaned in 3 days, but here’s the horrifying part. We left a tip on the bed after the first night. The tip was removed but our room was not cleaned. I thought maybe I didn’t leave a tip but me and my friend came in and out of the room several times that day and we both remember seeing it on the bed. I went to the front desk. They did little for me. Offered me my tip back… never did get that. After 3 days of no cleaning (no fresh towels, garbage overflowing), my friend finally got some help and our room was cleaned. We never did get new wine glasses. Front desk just would say contact housekeeping. Housekeeping would say talk to front desk. What?! Just clean the room and don’t have your guests beg. Also the music at the pool would go all night even though the pool was closed and no one was there. Positives: bed was comfortable and pillows were nice. Jazmin and Joanna at front desk were great though and were horrified by our experience.

The stay overall was great but I did not like how they charge the drinks inside the rooms, wish they could inform the guests before so that way you do not get charged if you choose not to drink the drinks from the fridge in the room .

The suite I booked and paid for was not honored and they were full so no recourse. Very disappointing! Facilities are pretty tired - needs to rehab!
