Emma was great and patient with checking us in!! also, we were able to upgrade our room to accommodate our large group. Initially, our door key wouldn’t work. There was a housecleaning or maybe even maintenance gentlemen (older, african american) who was willing to go back to our room to manually let us in but the key ended up working. The room was very clean! We would stay again. Thank you!!

We were coming from Goldsboro headed to bring donations to WNC stopped half way here at Homewood by Hilton and didn’t know what to expect. We had a truck load of donations in the bed of our truck and thankfully no one touched them! The cooks for the continental breakfast are amazing!! Great food, comfy beds, quiet and safe!
