The staff is 100% about customer service. I recommend SIXTY to everyone traveling to West LA

Clean and conveniently located hotel
I stayed in this hotel for business and it was convenient to have a good place for breakfast downstairs. It’s also nice to enjoy the rooftop in the afternoon. Clean rooms and very conveniently located.
I will definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant staff but limited by hotel services, absolutely no flexibility to assist guest comfort. No restaurant, absolutely no room service after 10pm.

Strongly NOT recommend
The stay itself was fine but the majority of the staff (excluding the valet) were awful.
The only staff member representing SIXTY Beverley Hills well is Carlos, one of the Valet members who went above and beyond, even helping me close my suitcase.
Our first issue was with the restaurant staff. Upon checking out we were surprised to see that that the waiter had given himself an extra tip of $10 (we had already paid 20% gratuity) despite terrible service meaning we had to find our own cutlery because none were provided and the waiter served our drinks without a saucer and with one hand in his pocket. When we confronted front desk staff about this they were not apologetic in the slightest and did not even offer a refund for the stolen tip.
The second issue came a day after checking out, when we were wrongly billed for 3 mini bar items when we consumed only 1. And again upon phoning front desk about this issue, I did not receive an apology, instead I was told that they would have to check with the maid and get back to me. They didn’t contact so I had to chase it again and I am still awaiting a refund almost 3 weeks later.
I would AVOID this hotel to prevent a big headache.
