The rooms are run down/outdated and our bath tub had hair in it when we arrived.
The key cards kept demagnetizing multiple times every day even though they were alone in my pocket so we were always locked out. There are no public lobby restrooms, so one time the attendant was helping me get rekeyed and then stopped to answer the phone and left me there for over 10 minutes. I had to leave to use the restroom in the restaurant next door.
The 2 elevators are wildly slow, and service people also ride in them with giant towel bins and mops, so you wait.
On our last day, I had to extend our stay due to plan changes. Checkout was at 11, our keys shut off at 10. When we asked to rekey AGAIN, the attendant insisted on checking us out, then checking us back in, and us paying immediately. He said, "You pay now or no key." My husband had to use the restroom so I asked if I could pay after he got the key first, and he said no. This is INSANE. So you wait for the elevator for 5-10 minutes, you get to your room, key doesn't work, wait for the elevator for another 5-10 minutes, then go wait in line to rekey....unbelievable. At this point you are better off going anywhere else. We used the bathroom in the room only a few times because we were always locked out.
Also, I didn't appreciate the insinuation that we were somehow going to skip out on paying - you have my credit card on file!!!
Overall, the service was poor and lacked any human kindness or professionalism.
