Great service at a great location
The front desk person Jesus was great. He was very accommodating and gave us a room. Closest to the front desk. This was perfect due to my wife’s recent injury. The room was spacious, cleaning and felt very relaxing. Plus, the hotel was right across the street from the airport and this was perfect for me. It was a short walk from baggage claim. Lastly, breakfast was good.

Okay for a short stay
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The lobby appeared nice, as well as the outdoor area. Rooms are extremely outdated and run down. The place needs a face lift really really badly. Breakfast was not great at all.

I don’t function well on two hours of sleep
In the middle of the night our fire alarm started chirping, I assume for a battery change. They didn’t have any staff that could come fix it but instead expected us to pack up and move to another room. The alarm was not their fault but they offered a joke of a discount for a giant inconvenience. We also paid for an overpriced meal, very overpriced dry chocolate cake and even spent money in the gift shop all because my daughters excitement around the water park was quickly squashed with a shut down slide and freezing water. The staff is so friendly but based on the condition of the hotel and the false claim of a water park I bet they are constantly dealing with unhappy people. The convenience to the airport is exceptional and the property could be really amazing if someone would put some work into it.
