We stayed here one night after our Royal Caribbean Celiac Cruise. The front desk was extremely kind and helpful and were able to get us into a room right away. The room was a bit dated but was large, clean and comfortable. We had one small issue with the tank lever breaking in the toilet tank, called the front desk and they sent someone over right away to get it fixed. We were a little nervous that since we were right across from the airport that it would be loud but we did not hear a thing! (rm was on bottom floor, facing the courtyard) Tried out Spencer's Restaurant (right in the hotel) for dinner, informed them that my husband needed gluten free and they were so kind and understanding. They had g.f. bread to use on the burger we ordered - they also offered us a salad or fruit instead of fries (no gluten free items should be fried in the same fryer as regular items, would contaminate the g.f. food) The food was delicious. There is also a shuttle that is included in hotel cost to take you to and from the airport that worked out perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Seattle.

We had a medical emergency in which we needed to call 911 and have my 79 year old husband transported to the hospital. I visited the front seat attendant at 1:30 a.m. not only was he not at all helpful, he didn’t show any empathy or care. Didn’t even know the name of Dr. Anne’s Hospital. Nor look for a printout on how to direct me to help. Upon return from the emergency room, nothing. When delivering key at checkout, never even looked up. The bellman took the key and was nice. Having retired from a hospitality field, this person should not be working behind the desk. He is your front face. I am not sure what was going on, but it was not right. The rest of your staff were amazing and kind throughout the stay.

Tired

Was all good till midnight when someone down the hall put something in the microwave that set off the fire alarm and we had to evacuate the hotel in the middle of the night when we had to get up at 5 AM to go to the airport.

It was okay. Expensive for the condition it's in, but it's closest to the airport so when I need to overnight it's my go to. So badly needs updating. Wear is obvious in some places, and the rooms aren't what we need and want now. Kinda like walking into the 90's and with much of the 90's unusefulness. But the help is nice, if not friendly. I gave it a "good" rating.

I wouldn’t if I were you.

They were not prepared. While I understand somethings are beyond your control, they were not prepared for the amount of people they were gonna have the last few days. When I checked in, I was first given a room with a giant dehumidifier inside the room; extension cords running across the floor, hoses in the sink, the whole deal. They obviously had a leak of sorts cause there were several others in the hall. I went back to the front desk and guests left and right were having to be escorted to their rooms because their keys weren’t working and they couldn’t get in. When I requested a new room I was assigned a room across the hotel, no biggie, walked all the way over and then… my key didn’t work. Had to go back and wait again to get new keys assigned. Third times a charm. Meanwhile this is a work event, I am supposed to be meeting my team shortly, so I finally get inside, get to my car get my stuff and drop it in my room. Fast forward. I get back from my team dinner, it’s 8/9 pm at night I’ve now been here since 7am, I kick off my boots, and think to myself a hot bath or shower would be amazing…. Wrong. I have never been in a hotel that ran out of hot water. Before it even got fully hot it ran cold. I thought maybe too many people, so I tried again at 5 am but still no hot water, didn’t get back to my room again till 9 the next night again cold shower, and when I checked out I told the front desk, just so the next guest wouldn’t have to suffer and got a “should of told us” :/

You should get what you pay for.....

Nice hotel and very convenient for SEA-TAC (I walked over to catch an early morning flight, took about 10 minutes). I booked a king size bed and was very disappointed that they did not have didn't have one available for me. Instead I got a room with two much smaller beds. Reminded me of the Seinfeld episode about reservations. Guessing I overpaid for the room because of this. Disappointed.
