Excellent location for Hollywood Bowl and downtown. It is an old building but very clean. Patricia was amazing. Very friendly and attentive.

Great but need an update!

Hotel staff , Angel, Alben, Miquel (Mike) and of course Patricia were awesome! The room was a bit stenchy and I had to get some frebreeze from front desk. For what we had going on the room was great and beds were comfortable. Rooms need to be updated and more outlets or power sources need to be provided. Bathroom needs a refresh’s as well. Other than that I will be honest on my stay with friends and people that ask but I will recommend this place as the location is perfect!

Our room had a nice kitchenette. A stove/ oven, fridge, microwave. And pans, utensils and plates/ bowls. We also were essentially a 2 bedroom with 1 bath. Plenty of closet space. Plenty of drawer space. And, enough towels for the both of us. Usually, we get 1 towel a piece. Not here! 2 large towels! The staff was wonderful. They were all helpful and suggested ideas on places to go. They recommend a specific gentleman for trips - around town, to the airport, etc. He is great! If you like waffles for breakfast, this is your place! They also have cereal and fresh bagels.

Everything at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was very courteous and helpful with directions and dining out suggestions. The room and bathroom were extremely clean, we had a refrigerator and a microwave in a breakfast nook. We went to a concert and when we came back the parking lot was full so the staff valet parked our car at no additional charge. The breakfast was typical continental with homemade waffles, exceptional staff helped with breakfast accommodations. Coffee tea and water were available all day and evening. The location was one block off Hollywood Boulevard and we were 20 minutes from the Saban Theater. Highly recommend!

A Perfect Gem in the Heart of Hollywood!

Our family of three, visiting from Korea, had a wonderful 3-night stay. This isn't a luxury chain hotel, but something far better for us: a hotel with real charm in an absolutely perfect location. Being able to walk to the Walk of Fame and other sights was a huge plus with our 5-year-old. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and an incredible value for the area. The true highlight, however, was the complimentary breakfast, specifically the wonderful woman who runs it. Her genuine smile and incredible kindness to our daughter every morning truly made our trip. That personal touch is something you just can't find everywhere. For any family that values convenience and heartfelt service, we can't recommend this place enough. A truly special stay! Y para la maravillosa señora del área del desayuno: Muchísimas gracias de todo corazón. Su amabilidad y su cálida sonrisa cada mañana hicieron nuestro viaje a Los Ángeles aún más especial. A Hollywood Gem

Wonderful....... this is such a gem, a boutiquie and very design oriented hotel. 40 rooms nestled in the heart of Hollywood... in the middle of everything but at the same time private and buffered from the congestion of surrounding streets like Franklin and Highland. The support team are very friendly and once you find where the adjacent parking lot is located its easy access to the Bowl, Hollywood Blvd and alike. The Hollywood motif and well designed interior is the perfect compliment to the Hwd atmosphere. Its a lovely experience.

立地はオーベーションハリウッドの裏口を通ったらすぐの便利な場所にあります。ホテル全体はやや古くてこじんまりしていますが部屋は広くて清潔でした。フロントの真ん前の部屋だったので夜中に出入りする人の声が気になりました。朝食が無料で食べられて、係の人が焼いてくれるパンケーキが美味しかったです。ベーグルやシリアルもありました。チェックインまで時間が早かったのですが、夜野球を観に行くから遅くなると言ったら早めに部屋に通してくれたのが大変助かりました。次回も機会があれば利用したいです。

Average looking Hotel with excellent Staff.

The staff was great and very helpful. Respectful, kind and knowledgeable! The hotel itself is average based on looks. The street it’s on is average. Old looking street but I felt safe walking to the Dolby theater through the docking area.

never again

the parking was awful front desk person not very nice got back late and the night person had to park my car in another parking lot then the rude guy in the morning gave me my keys and my car was not in lot so had to go back to front desk the same rude guy said its in other lot and made me walk up the street to get car and bring remote back

Hotel liegt super Zentral und in sicher Umgebung am Hollywood Boulevard. Es gehört nicht mehr zu den neusten Unterkünften, ist aber sauber, gepflegt und verfügt über geräumige Zimmer. Parkplatz liegt mit $22 pro Nacht im unteren Bereich für L.A. Das Personal war herzlich und gab gute Tipps für die Umgebung und Aktivitäten. Frühstück war eher dürftig und wurde von uns nicht genutzt. Dennoch war Preis-Leistung für die Lage super und wir würden wieder buchen! Danke, für die angenehme Zeit.
