Avoid qt
This place is nice, room service was great and they informed us in advance that the restaurant was booked unlike qt who didn’t give a toss about their customers. If I had a choice between qt and quay I would stay in quay every time, the staff are great, the view is awesome, better than qt and they notify their customers in advance that the bar’s restaurant might be closed. We stayed in both, do yourself a favour and avoid qt

Will definitely come again
Our flight into Perth arrived early, well before check-in time but the staff were happy to check us in early. We had breakfast included in our package but because we were leaving early the following morning would not be able to use this. The staff agreed for us to use this on the day of our arrival. The free parking was a godsend. We could leave the car and walk around the city, 5 minutes to Elizabeth quay and St George’s Tce. The room was great (river view room would be even better), clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Perfect for proximity to the event I was attending. The upgrade was amazing and I loved my room and view! Didn’t like the parking situation! Had to walk through the dirty back of hotel area and down the carpark exit ramp to get to the hotel entrance. Overall a fabulous little place.

I stayed in the Perth Essential room and it is tiny. There's not even floor space to put your suitcase and no shelving to put clothes away otherwise. This was pretty painful to manage and I have no idea how it would work with two people/suitcases. The positive however were the staff. Always friendly and very willing to assist when required. Location was an easy walk down to restaurants and despite lots of building work, the entire area felt safe at all hours. With the right expectations, this hotel is a great value and enjoyable location.

Stopover @ The Quay
Great location on the edge of the Quay, New, renovated, remodeled in a modern and warm decor. Rooms are modern but need some additional hanging space and a compressor fridge would be good. HQ restaurant and Bar is very good as is the breakfast cafe / coffee shop next to reception.

Super convenient location, super close to train, bus and ferry and literally next to the main shopping strip. Lovely friendly staff and the room was comfortable, modern and clean. Cannot fault anything from my stay. Thank you.

Recommend Perth City Accommodation and Rooftop Bar
All staff encountered were very helpful and accommodating. The room is smallish but comfortable. The room fridge contained a complementary bottle of wine. It is definitely worth a trip to the 10th floor to enjoy a meal or a cocktail overlooking Elizabeth Quay. The breakfast was excellent.

Clean and well maintained property. Easy walking distance to various public transport if needed. The room, while admittedly the cheapest option they had, was quite small and we did struggle for space with two medium suitcases.

Bed far too soft . View restricted due to new building being constructed which was not mentioned before we booked. Open plan bathroom would benefit from a shower screen. Nice stay though. Staff excellent.
